If you're planning to do this here on Bitcointalk you can only do this if there is a credible complaint towards the person getting doxed (e.g. someone got scammed) and you can post it only on this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=227.0

Hi!

I wonder what is the culturally accepted and legal way of uncovering a scammer where I have a full DOX from real name to school?

He changes his social media usernames frequently and has multiple accounts that is why the DOX is the only stable path to him.
