I placed bet on Novak to win ,but he took retirement, so on Cloudbet what should be the status of my bet? Void or lose?

Their rules: https://www.cloudbet.com/en/sportsbook_rules

One full set must be completed for money line wagers to stand. If less than 1 set is completed, all money line wagers will be void. The winner of the match is the participant declared the victor by the umpire of the match.

Your bet lost. Since he played 1 set, the bet is not refunded. Since he lost that set, I believe the umpire would have declared his opponent the winner (I didn't check, but it's very reasonable to assume that), and therefore Novak didn't win.

You shouldn't be betting with rules you don't understand - make sure you read them through and understand them beforehand.

I agree, from your rules stated this was the result of what has transpired. It is unfortunate but that is part of sports betting.

Since you placed your bets on this, you are bound by their rules and such rules doesn't really affect a lot of players that is why it wasn't in anybody's mind.

If a player retires before the 1st set is completed, all wagers on the match will be considered void.

First Set Betting: If the first set is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all wagers will be void and stakes refunded. If the first set in a match is completed, the wagers are graded and will stand on that line.

If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all Set Betting wagers will be void.

If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all Handicap and Total Games wagers will be void, regardless of the score of the match.

If a tennis match is completed, without retirement or disqualification, all wagers stand as written. A delay in the start of a match will not affect the standing of wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as play is resumed and the match completed.
If i'm not wrong in the past i've same experience like you and my bet lose because the tennis player what i choose is retirement because he's injured. Cloudbet has slightly different rules than fiat sports betting sites but I do not know if sports gambling sites that accept bitcoins have the same rules as cloudbet.

You lose because a set was completed and he retired after first set.
