Gyazo, Imgur and ImgBB have been striked off the list straight away.  They either do not work with Javascript or require installing a software I would definitely not trust running.
Without javascript it might not work on website processing scripts, I might not find what you need for that, but some anonymous upload websites for uploading and sharing files are in the following list:

zippyshare.com

Optionally, you can install a lightshot app to easily capture areas to save as screenshots.

Anyway.  I have never uploaded an image here but I do know how Imgur and ImgBB work.  I have very strict rules for Internet browsing and computer user behavior and never running Javascript is one of them.
I used to thought I am paranoid with privacy concern but it seems there are more paranoid guys like you :-D
Watching the topic. Please feel free to share me your finding in PM if you find any with me too. I would appreciate it.

Image Uploader and Linux VM seem to be the closest I can get to what I needed.  Have to give these a try and see how things go.  Otherwise, there was this one software that comes preinstalled with Tails that you can use for file transfer over Tor.  Maybe someone here is willing to help me out with the upload and share the image links in PM so I can upload on the forum.

I want to upload images in a thread but can not seem to find a way to upload them safely.  My browser is running through Tor with JavaScript disabled at all times for security and privacy purposes.  An image hosting website allowing NoJs is perfect, or maybe someone has a better idea.  Does anyone have a suggestion for me?

It's difficult to find website which works without JS these days. Have you considered using Sandbox (using different Tor Browser executable) or setup Linux VM instead?

I don't know what operating system you are using Windows or Linux, but there is nice little open source software called Image Uploader.
It is working for windows os by default or with wine for Linux, and it has more than 30 hosting providers, URL shortening, Screenshots and many custom settings.
For posting in bitcointalk and other forums you should choose option Forum code (BBCode):

I didn't know such tool exist. While it's very neat tool and also offer CLI verison, last release for compiled version was on 2019[1] and source code of CLI version was last updated on 2016[2]. OP need to do some testing whether it still works.

Well comment above of mine was right.
This [ https://imgur.com/ ] --and this [ https://imgbb.com/ ] are very common and so far no one has been reported regarding the issue of leaking IP address or something leaking on security. Just simply drag the photo or images to the image upload tab and then it will automatically create a BB code, but I like the most is imgbb.com because you can set auto-delete on the image and select the time frame that you want.
However, you can read first the TOS and the privacy policy for more info.

Imgur.com can be the best in my opinion because I saw some members talked about issues with image display with other image uploading platforms. I saw some old announcement threads or discussion topics that have old images are not shown.

Around a year on the forum and you have not upload an image yet? imgur is what vastly used by the forum users but I understand what you are looking at when you are using it with tor it does not work. The best solution I am thinking is to your VPN (paid) if you are really paranoid about this level of privacy concern.

I think PrivacyG is conversant with how to use third-party sites to upload BBCode images, but I think he is a privacy oriented person that do not want his IP to be used at all for anything. I also find it as a surprise that someone can be this so privacy oriented. If you enable Tor connection, there are some sites that you will not be able to access even more than using VPN and https://m.imgur.com/index.html is one of them. If not minding that VPN are making use of central server for routing, he can use a paid VPN for it which I have used very well before and it worked. But not necessary to use imgur, he can use https://imgbb.com/, or the sites or apps that others have also recommended but which is not imgur if he really and strictly want to make use of Tor to upload image which is still very possible.

When you were talking about uploading  images, I thought you were talking about updating your avatar because it's the only picture that you can upload.
The forum does not accept uploading images, so all you are looking for are third party applications/services that host images, give you an image URL, and the ability to work with Tor without JavaScript.

you can google it to find your best uploading lists.

Generally these sites try to get some information from you, so hosting the images yourself will enhance privacy.

You have some alternatives there Bilder im Bitcointalk verwenden but if you don't want to check and update your topics, use imgur.com as the safest.

I think Imgur is the solution. Imgur app is quite easy and secure to use. That's what the majority of us used to upload pics in this forum. As for your security and privacy purposes, it won't expose it, if that's is your worry.

Imgur is great but it's unusable when using it through Tor in the first place, probably much worse when having JavaScript disabled. See error code below.

There are actually several bots that upload images to imgur via telegram like https://github.com/beta/telegram-imgur-bot and doesn't require any imgur account to be connected. Easily the upload history can be deleted from Telegram every time a link to the image is generated. I don't know if the OP has telegram in his tor browser.

I find it easier to use the Gyazo application, which is enough to install from your PC and always use CRTR + SHIFT + C directly to capture images easily and this for me is quite safe and simple, very easy.
https://gyazo.com/download?dl=now
Just simply copy the URL.
Some applications can also gather private data, which I think OP is trying to avoid by using a browser running on Tor -   https://gyazo.com/doc/privacy

What is or are the possible risk associated with uploading images on the forum?

I've been rumbling my head and don't seem to find any. Haven't uploaded quite a few images on the forum and haven't felt threatened or faced by any security challenging situation it. So, what possibly could be th challenge in this regard.
I am assuming OP is trying to avoid a scenario where he can be tracked using an image hosting site which could collect his personal data when he uploads an image to it and links it to his Bitcointalk account when he posts the link here.

You must be a very privacy concerned user that, even  your username 'PrivacyG' states that. That's cool! I for one encourages a more private uses to anything crypto as, its a system to which its security is highly dependent on how private you keep your network and affairs. Although, I would like to know with regards to your question, just for educational purpose;

Well, have you tried using different image hosting like imgur for example?. Anyway, it is what I always use when I add an image to a thread I created before though we use different browser and different os. Try using a image hosting site and copy the url of the image you uploaded and make sure it ends with an image format like .jpeg, .png and use the bbcode for the image. I'm sure you already know the bbcodes for it.

Lightning network is good with small amount of BTC
Are you using imgur for the upload, the site disable Tor connection, but you can use https://imgbb.com/, I have just uploaded image on it with Tor just now and it worked after I clicked on preview. After upload, just copy the bbcode and upload it on this forum, it would work.
