2000$ limit I think, for unverified accounts. I think they have a thread on the forums, better off asking questions there.
I am sure its $2000 or equivalent limit on a daily basis while the verified is $25000 on a daily basis. I actually found out this when I was faced with the challenge of bittrex and I had to be sure there is another site ready to mop up the gap that bittrex will be creating at least in the short term because the KYC rules is spreading really fast and there is hardly anything anyone can do about it.

Is Poloniex similar to Bittrex, i.e. no withdrawal for unverified accounts?
