Most Airdrops are worth less than the transaction cost unless we set a really low gas price for it. But if we do that there's a good change the transaction might fail, right?

I have set the gas higher than standard, but the transaction always fails and the gas costs remain cut off, this is what annoyed me. Why this can happen, whether network etherdelta is in trouble?

Yes, tried several times with different gas prices, but not working. i think stay away from ED. worst exchange i ever seen.
Etherdelta is the first decentralised ERC-20 tokens exchane. Don't call it as the worst exchange infact it was three best invention on ethereum platform.

What is the working GAS price for Ether Delta?
It will better to put the maximum gas price for your transaction because there are so many people are getting the same problem with their transaction. I just put 60 gwei and increase my gas limit and then it's just delivered just in some minutes but it takes a lot of myether to pay the transaction fees. But you can try to decrease it. 
somitimes check ethgasstation.info before do the transaction, the explanation is clear there for fast transaction, middle or low. because sometimes gas exactly will change due to factor.
40 Gwei for fast transactions
26 Gwei for medium speed transactions
Below that I don't recommend
