The clone site gets wordfiltered to bitcointalk.org in URLs. So the OP wrote the intended URL, but it got wordfiltered.

Yeah that must of been it because it got changed, but it seems they have the exact copy of the database at one time because they have the same posts, topics, users.

That’s good! But why not bitcointalk.to getting replaced?

Test: https://bitcointalk[.]to

Edit: It did not replace, I had manually replaced . with [.]

Are you talking about bitcointalk (.) to?

The url you linked at the title is the original BitcoinTalk where I'm posting this right now. And it's the only url that BitcoinTalk has.

yes copied the wrong link that's the one I was referring to

He maybe is talking about the Bitcoitalk.Org (with 2 Ls) which was recently discussed by LoyceV in his thread about it. Although if not, and you are talking about this forum where you have posted this question, I will say that you are in the official forum of Bitcointalk and no need to worry about it, Bitcointalk with a (.org) is the original one.
Oops my bad, you should clarify it in the original post, as well as change the title of the thread to avoid any kind confusion for other member in the future. Also did they answer your question? If they did you can lock the thread after you are done editing.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Mostly they are phishing links so just ignore and stay away with them and always check the correct spelling of the site or simply bookmark it on your browser as the above user mentioned.

You've linked to this forum in your title. Its either a phishing attempt or is a mirror of the site. Just bookmark this site and access it that way at least then you won't be logging in to a phishing site.

How did you come across the site? if its through google search or something similar you can report it as a phishing site.
