Definitely a scam dude, so dont trust em especially deep web there are too much of hackers out there. Why would someone will give you, 1.0 BTC it is questionable right, always remember that in yhis world many are greedy for money and power
If u talking about whole deepweb its like dark hole going there is not safe becose if hackers need ur info or other details like wallet personal data they get it!Strong recomendate to u dont use darkweb if u dont want to risk with ur expensiv information!

It's just another scam site and that's bullshit. Never try to send anything to that site or you will be get scammed by scammer. That's offering a kind word to attract the victim to send their bitcoin to that address. It's scammer address and never try to do that. It doesn't work and never.
