Umm i m looking for an exchange of btc that can exchange btc _ PKR .. Pakistani rupees .. and i want cash is there any person or site which can give me an exchange or can give me money in CC?

Just go in to the local Western Union counter if there is one. You'll be sending or receiving person to person and they give you a special number.

You don't exchange with western union, WU is a company specialized in transferring money between people most in different countries. if You want to use it just find someone that you would sell/buy BTC from and send/receive money "USD mostly" in exchange for it. But you would be doing it with other people that might try to scam you.
