I think bitcoin will cross $50K in 2018,the price of bitcoin is increasing rapidly in the recent time so it is a sign that more people makes their investment on bitcoins,so next year the investing rate will increase and the price also increase.
The price of bitcoin in 2017 raised from $1000 to $16000 which is the price multiplied into 16 times.For instance if the bitcoin finishes this year with the $16K if the price increased even three times which make it nearly to $48K,so $50K looks possible in 2018.

I think a quadrupling of price is pretty reasonable. That would represent a significant slowdown in growth from what Bitcoin has been experiencing this year so keeping this prediction pretty safe. So probably $60k or higher would be reasonable.

Add in possible LN coming online in 2018 meaning the start of being able to buy anything in Bitcoin cheaply, securely, instantly...not a feature? (granted I assume you aren't talking about this since LN is probably still a few months at least away from going live and would probably take a bunch more months until it's used much so this utility might not really hit until sometime in 2019).

Well apart from the End of December that we can make up to $19,000 value but there are impending correction that may also come, and aside from that if we see a resistance from the $15,000 value we might see a big dump and may bring us to the $8000 value but we can still get back up and increase the bullish trend up to the $35,000 value, we the rumors about banks really is manipulating the price of bitcoin,

Lets say Bitcoin goes 5-10x in 2018 that accounts for $100000+ and that amounts for marketcap of approx $1.7 trillion. Now we are talking. More than mcap of any of the biggest company. Would that be feasible? Can bitcoin reach that height just on the basis of demand? That I doubt. I expect a big crash before that number is touched. A coin without much utility going to that height would be the biggest bubble ever.

To predict the price of bitcoin is very difficult. I'm sure next year will be not less fruitful than this year. It all depends on what the mood inside the bitcoin community. If the kernel developers reach a consensus with the miners and increase the block size it will be one story if not that is another story. All I know is that the price in 2018 will be 40,000+ dollars.

It'll be very dumb to not realize that after huge increase in value bitcoin won't be suspectible of falling back a little because it is the fate of anything on earth to fall a bit down after any peak . So i expect it to fall back a bit to 10k dollars and stay there for a while .
Mean while lots of investors and markets will be interested in adopting bitcoin as a payment method and why not invest in it , that'll eventually make more people rush to invest in bitcoin due to the publicity that it'll get .

And if everything goes well i'm very enthusiastic that it can reach more than 35k dollars in the end of 2018 , why not even more after we have seen what it could do just in 10 months or so since it managed to double 19 times and make absurd percentages of growth .
The demand will hopefully continue and eventually the value will follow , and i'm sure that bitcoin hasn't yet shown it's true potential .

Couldn't agree more! Bitcoins price is not pumping up continuously, and it's really hard to expect that it will go beyond our expectations so i think 15000$-20000$ will be it's price in the first 6months.

I have notice that few weeks before christmas, there is rapid growth of the bitcoin price. I assume that the first quarter of 2018. Bitcoin price will highly increasing. My estimated value is 25k and it matters a lot when it happens.

Bitcoin price might be around $25,000 - $30,000 in early-mid 2018.
But surely the price will rise and probably far from our speculation now.

In my own judgement, bitcoin will reach more than twenty five thousand US dollars in year 2018.
It is quite impressive since at this moment the demand on bitcoin is too high; wherein the value from $8,000.00 rise up to $17,500.00. just imagine of it that it become double in just almost a month.
