It might possible hit the 10,000 prediction. Ithink Bitcoin will be super strong by end year. There's a range I notice around 7800- 8300 level. How about you guys? any ideas and opinion why bitcoin still going up and up today. The segwit was cancelled.

I see that the price of Bitcoin at the end of 2017 could reach 8000 $, this is very possible because we have seen a new record Bitcoin price that has penetrated 7000 $. so it's very likely to reach that target. I see this opportunity can happen and very possible will be higher than the number. I might roughly say that 10,000 $ is a pretty rational value considering that Bitcoin today is very valuable and desirable to many people.
Yikes, It was only 6000 level few days ago, then now hooray for 7500$, I am totally agree with you. The scandal of that segwit just turn out like fluffs. They just want to buy on deep price of Bitcoin and then welcome 10,000$. Two weeks from now might hit again all time high before Christmas, and I hop so.

What about eight thousand dollars guys? I really see it happening, we have two months left until we finish this year and probably it is going to happen if we will keep following this bullish trend.
But if it goes down and it faces a new dip, then probably it will not happen until next year.

I expect that bitcoin prices by the end of the year could be $ 8000. so many people keep bitcoins and wait for moments like that. maybe the end of the year will be very many people who need bitcoin, whether it is for business purposes in the coming year, or just an investment. Wow, today bitcoin price went down to 5500-6500 level seems error on segwit affects the downtrend sides. Let's see what will happen next month. I think its still valid bull trend for bitcoin.

Prior to the price surges of the last couple of weeks my prediction would've been 5000$ or 6000$ depending on how easily the 5000$ resistance got broken. Now after hitting 6000$ I think we will hit a high this year of 7000$ right before the fork and then crash back to 5000$ and below.

Well it’s very hard to know about actual price of bitcoin that what will be the price of bitcoin at the end of 2017 but its confirm that the price will be high because last year also at the end price was very high and this year also the users are high then last year so its hundred present confirm that the price will be high and it will give a very good profit to investors. I think the price will be around where it is now. I think after the fork on the 25th the price will crash to 5k or a little lower and then with time it will recover slightly in December to around 5500-6000

Now same friends are asking me to how to buy bitcoin.
I am sure all of you are experiencing this situation. That shows me bitcoin is being more poopular everyday and everyday market cap is growing.

i found this guy Mark Yusko the guy who predicted OIL dump says BTC will be worth 1 million USD.
Bitcoin has way more use cases than gold, so in case of mass adoption this should be perfectly possible

I feel regret now and asking myself why I did converted my coins to fiat currency. I missed the opportunity to earn more profits by just holding my bitcoins and because having this short patience. Anyway, the bitcoin price on late September to mid October was ranging $4,000 to almost $6,000 so I am predicting that the value would increase more on the upcoming next month to $6,000 to $,8000 and it could be possibly to reach $8,000 to $10,000 because of the next hardfork.

with the current growth rate i think we should see it around $7000~$7500 because Bitcoin has overcome the difficulties of the past period . I don't think the upcoming fork will affect the price of Bitcoin. This is the time Bitcoin will boom

we just need to be careful at the time of going to the Christmas season,. as last year when entering the Christmas season will be a lot of bitcoin volume is reduced in various exchange ,, but do not worry if you will do hold bitcoin,, because at the time will enter 2018 at the end bitcoin always rises drastically.. It still possible for the bitcoin to get past $6000 and stay near $7000 before the year end because of anticipated hardfork or the SegWit2x. But if people will largely ignores that event and continue to support bitcoin, it will make many all-time high levels during the remaining months of this year. Factors that might affects the price of the bitcoin like government crackdowns will make it stay near $6000. But no one really sure where the price of the bitcoin will be headed before the year end.

Still no one knows about the price of bitcoin this coming December. But just like what is happening yearly when the month of December is entering, many gallant people will be having their bonus and are starting to put their money to bitcoin. My guess will be it's going to be stable at $5,500 I'm just moving a little by little for a while now. I don't want to expect too much because it will be hurting me if my expectation will not be reached.

Often in predicting it's not exactly with the reality, but if I had to predict.. I thought bitcoin price at the end of 2017 will be on between $5700 - $6200, because from the price developments than before after reaching a higher figure than before.. it's for the next is not far away from the last figure's achieved.

i think we should see it around $6000~$6500.
right now Bitcoin price hit $5600+ level and based on our current chart we're at the peak.
so we should see another correction around $5400~$5500 and then another upward movement expecting $5800.
a few days before split the price slowly retracing back to around $5600.
after the split we should see a flash crash due to people selling it for profit and secure the investment.
which mean it's very understandable if we're seeing the price below $5000 or even below than $4000 for a few days after that recovery.
we will be recovering our price but will not reach it before the segwit2x,
if everything is well,there'll be another pump after the segwit2x.

I think it will go up from 10 to 30% many experts are predicting it, if you are investors you are not going to sell it this december just because of the holiday season, only those who wants fast profit will likely to sell their coin comes holiday season.

I predict no further rise in price now as BTC is already very expensive for now. It could even dump a bit back to $4000. Wait for next year, then BTC will raise to $7000 or even higher in my opinion but not in 2017 anymore.

If we continue this trend we could go over 7K in price and over 100 billion in marketcap. Considering, lightning devs already showing early GUIs for Lightning, it's going to be a buy. These coming hard forks are nothing. It may affect price for very short term though. But 10K is still in sigh for Q1 2018.

I think BTC is going to reach around $7k -$8k by the end of the year. The upcoming fork has increased the price of BTC to almost $6k which is a huge rise in Bitcoin's price. After the fork the price will decline and most probably fall to $4500 after which the price will steadily increase over the next few weeks. There is another fork in November which will further increase Bitcoin's price and it might reach $8k at that time. So, after the fork the price will be corrected and by the end of the year it must be somewhere between $7k - $8k.

Hello Mims. I am personally predicting for Bitcoin price between $6,000 - $7000 and I doubt if it would really have a breakout towards the dreamed $10,000 level. In my experience the holiday season from December to January is not a good time for Bitcoin to surge. In fact last year (if I remember it correctly) there was a dip around January or February. Yes, it can be partly because people are spending and so they let go of some of their Bitcoin hence the demand can be lessened. I would be happy then if Bitcoin can go as high as $6,500 or even stabilizing at $6,000 will do while gathering some energy towards the start of the first quarter of 2018.

It is going to be $6000 in the end of the year for sure, or maybe even more. We just have to hold our bitcoins and keep on saving it for the big surprise in this end of the year, I'm sure that bitcoin will be even more expensive next year, so, if we are going yo save most of our bitcoin for next year, then we're going to have a lot of profits for sure and could buy anything we want.
i think the value of BTC wille very high in the end of 2017 i might think its rate will be $6000+ because of its popularity in all over the world.

It is going to be $6000 in the end of the year for sure, or maybe even more. I can see bitcoin at 8000 usd in the end of this year. In fact I saw many predictions regarding the last price of bitcoin before 2018 starts. It is so fun visualizing what would be the price of bitcoin in the next month, year and so on. But next year I think that bitcoin might hit the 10000 usd ath. It is not impossible for it to attain that ath tho.

bitcoin is having a hard time at maintaining 5.5k these months so I think it will that price before these year ends.. after the hard fork it maybe go higher and the posibility of dumping is high next month.. it will stay on around 6k I think and hopefully it will hit 7k and up

Based on my assumption it will between 7k usd to 10 k usd after bitcoin fork b2x is finished on mid November there will be about dump once people received b2x coin then after again bitcoin will rise like previous august fork. Even one more thing is that more and more people are investing on bitcoin now a days in my country.

I'll go with $7,000. I expect there to be some drops before the 2x hardfork and then it will continue to rise up. I just pick $7,000, because it is optimistic but not to pie-in-the-sky where it just won't happen.

Wow going 10,000 usd? And roughly 30,000$? Thats nice. If news saying that probably people woll go hold on bitcoins I think bitcoin will have another hardfork by november so far august hardfork is really good I am hoping for all good news on bitcoin hardforking. Thanks to your response appreciated.

I think that the price of bitcoin will be roughly around $6000-$6500 by the end of the year 2017. There won't be that much difference for the rest of year in my opinion. Altcoins will go up soon for sure though after the fork.
