Full disclosure: I proudly own a bunch of Smartlands and encourage everyone to DYOR before purchasing.
Smartlands platform aims to tokenize assets using ABT’s (Asset Backed Tokens). Essentially Companies can issue tokens for capital that can be used for enhancements and optimization. Investors will receive dividends in return. The great thing about this project is that the tokens are backed by real assets, which is much needed in the crypto space to reduce volatility. Smartlands will be working with real economy assets (agriculture, real estate, etc…) Smartlands just released their wallet and will be launching 3 - 5 ABT’s on their platform this year.
The best part about Smartlands is the Extremely low supply of coins.
There was originally supposed to be 100 million coins, but there were some issues since it was Stellars first ICO and 93 million of the tokens went unsold and were burned. This leaves ONLY 7.2 million tokens left! Currently it is only on some small exchanges right now (Stellarterm.com, stellarport.io), but this thing should really moon once it gets released on some of the bigger exchanges. Right now, the price is around $2.50 USD, but if this thing hits 1 billion market cap (very reasonable IMO), you are looking at $200 a token! Let me know if you have any questions.
