I think bci is the start of BCI (bitcoin interest) addresses. It's a fork from the blockchain of bitcoin and if i am not wrong you can claim this forked token from any wallet having bitcoin at the time the fork happened.
i can't tell if the second line is for the private key of one of your addresses but you can check it by yourself in one of the blockchain explorers for BCI. Some good info about the token here: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bitcoin-interest

Hello people. I have a question. My brother has a text file that has two lines.

1 - bci
2 - 31dcd681-xxxx -xxxx -bf0b-15066ca96fa3

what it could be, some wallet or wallet key.
he invested in cryptocurrency in 2017.
he mentioned that he had wallets - MyEtherWallet, Coinbase and exodus (we figured this out) + an account on BitConnect and HEXTRA COIN (but it's not from them).
after BitConnect closed (he was disappointed in the cryptocurrency) and did not open these wallets.
he can't remember what this file, wallet, site is for .....
can any of you tell me.
by the way from MyEtherWallet, Coinbase exodus withdrew $ 4700 (sometimes it's good to forget about cryptocurrency)
