It could be your phone, your computer, a pet that you spend lots of time with, a significant other, your hair, a carton of cigarettes, coffee, etc.

Computer: I'm a gamer and spend lots of time online.
Phone: I habitually check it every 10 minutes, not really sure why. xD
Office Chair: I sit in it when I'm on my computer.
