Corsair ,Thermaltake, Coolermaster or EVGA all will do perfectly with a 1200 watt fully modular gold certified 80+ efficiency. If you under volt your RX 480 cards then even a 900-1000 watt PSU of the above brands will do quite well for you.
and all those psu brands you just mentioned are all an easy $150+ brand new, cheaper to get a 1200w hp server grade psu for 30 dollars and a breakout board for 20 dollars, leave you room for a 20 dollar pico and extra to buy cables if you need to and still come out lower than what it takes to buy a new atx psu, at most 90 dollars. you wont find any of those brands in 1200w for that low of a price lol, close ive come to that is the rosewill brand 1200w psu, I only know that because I bought one which cost me about $139, ive also picked up the hp 1200w server psu and breakout board for 50 dollars on ebay, pico cost me $14, I don't need cables as I custom make my own. total cost there is 64 dollars compared to $139+
p.s. hp 1200w server psu I have is platinum rated at 92 percent efficiency
