I agree.  I'm learning python as we speak, and it's very easy and straightforward. Make sure you also learn flowcharting (it's easy enough), as it will make your programming way easier (and it literally takes just a day or two).
There are plenty of python courses available online. I have downloaded two of them from The Pirate Bay for free, as well as other courses on C, C#, C++, Javascript, Kotlin, etc.
Otherwise, there are a number of online academies (called MOOCs) you can look at. I have been using Udemy, and, so far, I'm very happy with it. They have a huge selection of courses, in a variety of languages, and there's always a sale happening or about to happen.

I think Python is best to start with..Great way to at least begin learning programming. Once you get the hang of it, learning a new language will be much easier. If you can get Python down then decide what you're wanting to make, and then maybe learn a new language that's best for that.

It is very important to learn the computer language. This will aware you of how a program is designed. It will help you design software. We please only to knowing the use of some program like Microsoft Office, CorelDRAW, adobe photoshop, etc. But programming is very important. Today there are very important of programmers in the world. There are many languages to learn like,v.basic,java,c, c++,HTML etc.

Python in good way to start. It is quite easy, quite nice, universal (not domain specific) and multiplatform. Later, you will find other skill usefull depending on what exactly you want to code.
