AT least for Binance, I have located their address on the google map. The way they put their address on bbb.org apparently is tricky and evasive manner, in such a way that just typing to google map finder does not immediately show up. You have put some effort into it:

BBB web site address that binance provided:
ONE LETTERMAN DRIVE, BUILDING C, SUITE C3-800, THE PRESIDIO OF SAN FRANCISCO, SAN FRANCISCO, CA, 94129, UNITED STATES
does not work very well instead map does bunch of address edition and finds approx. address

https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/cryptocurrency-exchange/binanceus-1116-925674
https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_ak/10122418

After some tinkling around I found what appears to be an exact match, there is something called BAM trading service situated in one of the building in Presidio drive. If anyone in the US, especially in the bay area or other area, being oppresssed by binance's elusive policy should reach out or at least try to reach out by coming in person there:

Google map findable address:
Building C, 1 Letterman Dr C3, San Francisco, CA 94129

For binance, whose support has been especially malignant for years, replying to me with bots and unreasonable demands, I have located their US offices through bbb web site based on my other thread,

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.56393134

https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/cryptocurrency-exchange/binanceus-1116-925674

BAM Trading Services Inc. One Letterman Drive, Building C Suite C3-800 San Francisco, California 94129.

San Francisco, CA 94129

But I walk alone there, I could risk meeting with similar belligerent scumbags, so I am wondering who else I could get there along with? I could think of police(unlikely due to budget cuts) , lawyers (too expensive) , or just go alone with my recorder and create bunch of noise until they take some corrective action.

Even though, if they recover the fund, I am not sure if I would be content beacuse of the stress, effort and frustration involved should have entitlement of add'l damages but that is only I consider after I managed to get my funds restored and accounts locked.

The first remedy you should know of is not to hold your funds in an exchange wallet, they are in control and not you, they could take arbitrary decisions that'll not be in your favor, and if you're going to use exchanges for trading or other whatnots, then start of with small amount of funds and after trading, only leave an amount you can afford to lose on their platform.

Having said that, if you've contacted their support with no positives, it's normal cause it's always difficult to get a good response from exchanges support team, you can take your issue to their social handles and drag them out with it, no organization likes negative publicity, you can try that out and see what it'll yield.

yes i understood that and have used coinomi ever since. However I used npx's own wallet for that very purpose but that is where probelm arise with NPXS's wallet. I have a twitter account but not many followers, how do I make much noise around it?
I am considering to create as much as many social handles and just keep spreading this. i.e. facebook, reddit, insta, twitter not sure what else. Myself I dont have good presence on social media or I can ask someone with bigger influence to spread the word around.

I had posted about saga with Binance, now with NPXS wallet I am getting same thing. I went through all the hoops, having my personal information being violated by sending far more information than needed (driver license, phone bill, selfie) and still automated e-mail arriving that problem with one of the documents. I had done several times and apparently it is being belligerent. I have requested customer service to NPXS https://support.pundix.com/hc/en-us/requests/new but little hope as live customer service has been quite abusive with binance so not much hope with but i am waiting. I am expecting worst as when they keep demanding unreasonable demands and keeping the wallet locked and unable to access.

For Binance, I have filed BBB.org complaint as they had US office and they havent responded so BBB advised me to reach out to attorney general for next step. For NPXS I am not sure even they have US presence. What remedy could be possible if NPXS keep doing the same thing??? Any leverage? If they keep doing, once pandemic over,I am actually thinking over to if there is any  tradeshows for crypto and approach their booth and start making noise and complaints and then if media is presence, report the issues and abuse I am going through...

If more people is gettin scammed like this, it would be better more people voiced together.
