The reaction I got from my parents were unforgettable; my mom said she wants to invest in them too and try her luck in trading while my dad had an opposite reaction and said I might be scammed by these digital currencies and might loose my money but I told my dad, my capital was only less than $20 by the time I started so I don’t think it would be hurtful if I tried.

Well, i got involved into crypto through a friend from work and found the idea behind BTC, blockchain, and the possibilities very intriguing. Also, the "entry fee" was not that high way back and it was just some playing around with a strange computer coin. When i started to tell people about BTC, most were just not interested and said it was "nerd stuff" and will never be worth anything (Well, look at us now 
). But as soon as the media started reporting, those same people came back to me asking about this crypto stuff i told them about a while ago.And now most of them are invested in crypto themselfes.

all times good reply i have,yestarday told my friend about crypto and he invest small amount of money :DFriend say i spend the money to lotery or i can spend to crypto more % to get reward :Dand before i try to speak about crypto with guys they dont get bad reply about this case...more people now know its real to get some money with crypto...
I think it is a lot wiser to put money in Cryptos and not lottery tickets

I have gotten every negative reply possible. Most of them think it is a scam and don't understand where the money comes from. Others quote anybody else that is negative. Luckily I have a personal friend that has made millions so I always use him as an example.
They tend to think that you're talking shit when you tell them about your mate who has made millions, I'm sure of it!

I told my friend about this and after a while he asked me to teach him how to make money using crypto currency. Now we share with each other the successes and strategies of earnings.

Back then the people i tried to get involved in cryptocurrencies were laughing at me and warned me that this is like an old fashioned ponzi scheme,but last year after i got my new house and car they were amazed to what i have achieved with cryptocurrencies.Now that they are convinced they want me to teach them how to trade and to pick up good coins.

In fact, a lot of my friends do not trust my kind of activity. But especially "amazing" my parents' reaction: when I start to explain them something about the crypto sphere they silently smile and exchanged glances and wait until I finish. but they refused and said that im getting myself involved in an internet scam,and that i should stay away,and probably i'm going to lose all my money...

The answer I've had the most from 40+ people is "It's not real because it's not physical". Watching their faces while I explain them how their Euros and Dollars do not represent any physical value except than the paper and ink is pretty fun to watch.

When I've told them that I'm investing, they've started laughing at me. Then when we've discussed it they were very skeptical but they refused to invest. In the end of the 90s, the stock market in our country was booming, everyone was involved and later in September 1999 the market collapsed and people lost all their money. 7 years before,it has happenes again, people lost the money they've invested in goverment bonds. They have lost their faith completely in investing.

Whenever I ask people to start investing on crypto currency all they ask is if it is legit, how much ROI do they get in short term, and many useless questions. Some of my friends kept asking me when I told them I have earned a lot of money through cryptocurrency, but it seems that they have no courage to do it too. Well, it's not my loss if they don't want to get in.

It is funny, but most people think that it is a pyramidal scam with no control from the government. People around me think like this. Someone prefers

They don't believe it. There are some who tried using it right after I expalimed it to them as long as you have proof of your own and you expereinced it on your own, then they will believe you. It is easy enough to explain something to other people when you are done using it.

People around me who doesn't know what a cryptocurrency is,thinking all of this are a scam and don't want to involve themselves with it.When they see the price at mid june 2017,they still doubt it,then i present them with proof of the money that i get with cryptocurrency,they say it's not worth it.Now,when they see the price grow x7 from mid june,they start bugging me to teach them how to start a crypto business,what a shameless bastard.

I told it to some of my friends but they just laughed at me. I can't blame them since alot of 'fake-things' happened in our country lately. Though scams are just always around the corners but we can avoid such things with enough knowledge and information. It's just that they miss the chance to earn profits the most convinient and easier way.

when i first introduced it to my friends they were very skeptical and most of them are saying it is a big scam, it was also aired in our national telivision that it is scam to make it more worse. no one believe me at first but as soon as i was able buy new expensive things they begin to ask how i did it, now almost anyone i know are into cryptocurrencies.

Trying to get other people to invest in something, including crypto, is a bad idea. It's just something you shouldn't do. Even financial advisors don't give advice unless asked, what makes people think they are qualified to give it? just because you made 100000x gains doesn't mean you are an expert.
I give them resources when they ask me, but I don't tell people to do anything. It can ruin relationships, it can ruin someone's life.

Some of my relatives i told about crypto markets and how profitable they can be, but they think it is not something real, they think these are just online game and nothing solid so they are still not in, im sure they will regret it when they come on board after few years.

The media talk about it, so if someone wants to find out how it works and what it really is, let them find out by themselves. Money is a sensitive matter, and crypto is a complicated thing. I don't have time to explain things (that I don't fully understand yet myself) to someone, and I don't want to be considered as responsible if someone does something stupid and lose money because of it.

Its normal bro cause even me in my first time seeing bitcoin in internet i thought it was a scam also cause there are so many people complaining about bitcoin which is they spread the information about it that bitcoin is totally a scam and alot of ponzi on it. But when my friend discover about the good information about bitcoin. my mindset changed depends on what i gain from bitcoin. So i think their beliefs will change if they experience coverting bitcoin into fiat through banks. Haha

We tried to conduct a research on cryptocurrencies, my classmates and I, and got rejected because our professor thinks that crypto will die by the end of the year and we might have no idea of what we are doing. It is kind of sad because we are all interested in crypto and we really want to research about this.

As many people here are saying, when I tried to get some friends into crypto most of them thought it was just a bubble or another scam. Funny thing is that the only friend who actually decided to invest something into it bought tron at 3 cents, like me, but he sold it at 25 cent (making quite a big profit) while I'm still holding during this awful bleeding phase for tron

Since bitcoin became mainstream they approach me more often with questions. People getting more educated giving them confidence to invest into these assets eventually. It's unbelievable how fast this ecosystem grow.

very honestly most of my friends also refuse in very beginning, they were not ready to invest their money in cryptos but after that when they heard about bitcoin and other altcoins then they start taking interest in bitcoin and other altcoin, now they are good cryto traders and they are really making a good profit from investing money there in altcoins. Honestly, I've given up on convincing people try to get involved in cryptos. Especially if they're not a tech-savvy person.
If they're not an IT / programming person or something like that, I've found that it's just not worth the headache of explaining that it's not a scam.

My mother told me that I'm working with some scam company why did she say that? because news in my country are giving a bad impression to its viewers, interviewing people who got scammed from an obvious scam project or investments without exploiting its good uses and benefits, another one is from my friend who asked about cryptocurrency I've explained it on the simplest way but at the end he brags that it is a scheme of scammers and launderers taking advantage of the anonymity the rest of them got amazed at how cryptocurrency exponentially grew and innovate. Or what ridicilous response did you get?

They think this is scam and they judge it really fast when i refer someone online but there's a lot of way for spreading the knowledge about crypto like here in our own country wallet that you can earn money by invite someone so they will witness the money already when they do the code referring system in our wallet then after that i also refer them to some exchanger so they will also experience how to earn in trading,Moreover try always even they don't know what they talking or they judge it first until they know the truth behind crypto.

I do get similar reactions like yours even up till today. Some even go as far as regarding you as one of those scammers. But over time i have discovered that the best way to get them on board is to show them your account balance but they refused and said that im getting myself involved in an internet scam,and that i should stay away,and probably i'm going to lose all my money...

People around me want to compare crypto currency to real cash. They think it's a bubble and will crash anytime. They believe only in real cash, gold and silver supported by governments.
After a while I gave up on them, I don't talk about it anymore. It's like I'm alone but it's okay because I got used to it.

I told my girlfriend about it and she was skeptical. However, once I told her that I've been making some profits, she decided to pass me a bit of money to invest in Bitcoin for her. Managed to make a 150% gain for her so far haha.
