Well, at first you need a dedicated server with high amount of storage and unmetered bandwidth. Also your server's RAM and CPU must be high, at least you need great servers. Than you need a dedicated team to care about your website and develope new games and try to fix some bugs if they are. And most important part is that you need a license but I don't know what is happening if you are bitcoin gambling website. But Remember that you need everything what I wrote and it will be good if your server will be in offshore I think.

Whether bitcoin is legal or illegal depends on the laws of your country.

Countries that ban gambling usually block the IP addresses of gambling sites.

Most of the sites are behind an anti-ddos service like Cloudflare, so it can be hard to determine where they are and their actual IP address.
Take for instance https://www.bitdice.me/
If you look up their IP you get 104.20.15.186 which is a Cloudflare server in the US.

If you do a gambling website you will need a decent amount of storage and a server that can handle a ton of bandwidth per month.

I'm seeing so much people speak of gambling sites with bitcoins and still I didn't undestand. Is that legal? Where you buy a server where it's legal and you can sleep well without fear?
If tomorrow I wanted to open a bitcoin casinò on the web, what server I would need? What I should know?

This is all out of my curiosity, thanks for your time if you decide to answer me.
