You can get a written proof of address from your bank or tax authorities.

Does your drivers licence have your address on it? Licences are good for proving who you are, but not where you live usually.

I just use a bank statement since I have zero bills, but they usually state what documents are allowed.
They usually write what they need specifically. Usually it's your passport or ID card and utility bills.
