If bank account is the only option to you then you can also go for cryptsy, but they need you to fill their kyc to deposit cash on their site and that procedure on their site is very much time taking.
I would suggest you to use localbitcoins.
From that site, you can also buy bitcoins with cash too.
So far it is a good website and never heard of anything wrong about it.
And i think no kyc is required on it, so you will remain annonymous.
