Your trading platform do provide you with technical analysis tools and you can use that to analyze the market. Tradingview also provide you with the most accurate data from the market and I think majority of the traders do used tradingview in analyzing the market. However, remember that your knowledge on how to interpret the market professionally is what matter and not really were to get those indicators as the investors are available most sites.

I personally use blockfolio, it's an easy to use and with a wide variety of information on coins.
Market chart which can be adjusted to different durations.
You can also use it to compare prices on various exchanges.
It also provides signals on projects.

Midex.com has a pretty solid demo trading platform which you can use - https://en.midex.com/

and then there is Coin Market Game which is basically a trading simulator and it is also pretty good - https://coinmarketgame.com/

I would suggest playing with these as I did and getting a grasp for how the trading works through an exchange.

I really like investing site. It has a great tools and a wide range of cryptocoins and the news section is great too. It also has all the markets and foreign currency graphs, economical calendar and a lot more! Although not yet many crypto currency is listed on this site, but try it anyways. You can choose your native language from menu.

check out TradingView, i know it has bitcoin and i have seen some people link some of the altcoins where they did some analysis on.
