Nothing lasts forever
Let us understand what a hidden gem is. It can something that has a good project, moderate team and is undervalued.
To find such a coin we need a lot of research. We should find out the fundamentals of many coins and then decide which coin has a good project and is potential.
If it is undervalued then there are good chances that it might increase in price in the next few months or years.
But yeah, there's no assurity of anything in crypto. Even if you find a hidden gem may be there are chances that it will go undervalued for a long time.
Risk is what we have to take and luck is what will determine the profits for us.

If could rank in precentages the importance of any of this?

Fundamental analysis =%?
Technical analysis =%?
Blockchain development (code)  =%?
Other =%?
You must need to add few other things like effective marketing and pump and dump capability because none of those things you have mentioned are not actually contributing for most altcoins to be hitting some big price levels. But, when they are good at marketing by convincing this crypto community then they can easily get big investors at the end and most other altcoins on getting investors whenever they are pumping out of their own money and then dumping to cash out at first and then repeat these pump and dump steps.

I'm seeing all these because I have seen many good altcoins were vanished but pure shitcoins are enjoying big marketcap by this time. So, it would be too difficult to find an hidden gem on its early days.

effective marketing  = How many shills posters the company hires   Grin
That also give us few points on how much the company can scales their coin to the moon.

There are no hidden gems come on, 99% of alts should be valued 0 or less. It's only mere speculation for these useless coins which survive the days thanks to noobs who spend their hard earned money waiting to find the new BTC. Clearly, on the long run they are gonna be disappointed.

Hidden germs on the market can be found with screener, filter.

You must take into account the ages of projects. If you find a coin with attractive chart and the age of the project is old. The team have keep working in a few years. Ok, you already find a hidden germ.

Hidden germ is neglected cryptocurrency that is forgotten by investors. They don't must to be a new born project.

If you only try to find hidden germs with newborn projects, you can find scam projects.

If you want to find new projects that haven't mooned yet than look at coingecko new listings. If you want to find projects that haven't mooned yet in general, you need to do a lot more research. Personally, I invest in mineable tokens without a premine or dev wallet, like RVN and 0xMR.

IMO there's no specific percentage for any factors that you have mentioned above. The development progress should become the main consideration and then it will be following by the team and what partnership that already created. The code only needed to make sure if there will be no something fishy like backdoor that already created by the developers.
FUndamental is the main thing and i think TA is not playing a very important role to analyze the hidden gem.

If technical analysis means analyzing charts, that's only if you want to earn a living from trades. Usually, "gems" are coins that either have some interesting tech more popular coins don't have yet or coins that received bullish news (e.g. binance listing).

If you take a look at every single coin on CMC one by one, you'd think most of them are gems tho. That's because their description makes it sound like they're the next BTC or ETC, when in fact that's BS most of the time. Look for alts that have something new that has the possibility to change the industry/world for the better in a realistic way and, if you want my personal opinion, look for alts that are looking to bring crypto to the masses. Not on exchanges or so, because binance listing is a short-lived event. Don't be deceived by sweet coin descriptions.

Elrond seems to currently try their best (and succeeds tremendously so far) to bring crypto to the masses, and I always said that the first coin to come up with an easily comprehendable tech will be the biggest Bitcoin competitor ever. That remains to be seen though, and to find a "gem" out of the dozens of thousands of coins... requires mostly one quite hard to find skill: enormous luck!
