that's a good one did you use it ? and can you get the Mtgox addresses from it ?

I used it, yes. The file itself did only contain a timestamp and the amount and the type of action, maybe some additional coding??.

So no wallet addresses visible there.

I was a big BTC depositor, never fiat (I bet they hated customers like that) so my proof of depositing is in the 3 wallets i deposited from.
Gox advocated that you generated a new deposit address (on a button in their deposit page) for each deposit, to have easier tracability of each transaction. But I reused some of these deposit addresses on several occasions and they always worked.

So I have solid proof of my deposits, just as good as I would have if I had wired in money.
