The charges for developers building a dApp are skyrocketting.
The platform I need for my project is costing me more than $100k which really makes me interested in stepping in to learn something new.

I did go through a lot of tutorials to understand a few consequences before I step in but tbh, there's a lot of confusion to start with.

So far, I got to know that it is possible to build a dApp with these:
Solidity - to build smart contracts
web3 - as an intermediator
Angular/ReactJS/etc - as a frontend

But I'm still confused where I should really start with no/minimum coding skills.
I'm known to HTML only and I accept there is a huge journey ahead but I'm more than capable to start with.

Can anyone redirect me where I can start?
Which languages should I start with?
Is Solidity, web3 & angular enough to build a dApp?

I have a desire to build my platform on my own. No matter if it is not that advanced but I need to develop it on my own. I need to develop the idea into a working product so thought to step in the development. But being a completely noob, I would need your suggestion about where can I start with?
