I don't see the price dropping that low at any point of the day. Probably just some charting error. It would be truly terrifying if the price is dropping at that point. I honestly don't know what that is but let's just hope it isn't something bad happening with bitcoins.

But it might be a minor error in the charting. As bitstamp has got the legalization, I believe they won't reveal inaccurate data's. So soon we can get the clarity and clarification on it.

I have no idea why your chart would look like that.

It seems like it doesn't even really matter that much, though, since the price doesn't seem to be influenced by any of the changes in the graph. It could be massive dumps and buys, too, though, but I doubt that is the reason right now. Maybe you can watch the market more, or cross-reference the data with other people.

May some whale is trying to cashout some big amount of bitcoin but he is doing it slowly with occasional sell of small amount of his coin not to dump the market with one big sell order.

Could be Craig trying to pay his back taxes!

You are not the only one, the technical analysis by akrion(or w/e) shows it.

IMO it's signals to other whales or bots.

I was half wondering about that sort of scenario myself. Some system of indicating level they want to drive/manipulate price down to perhaps. I've seen similar things on silver spot chart in the past.

Anyway it comes and goes, I'm not seeing it there when i look now but I've seen it reappear a few times
