Ah, that must be the problem. I thought MoneyGram and Western Union were the same thing. I believe I used MoneyGram before.

Are you trying to send it through Western Union? As far as I know you can send it only through Moneygram to Zipzap.

But how do I send it to them? The guy at the store says he needs a city code and Zipzap doesn't provide one.

ZipZap is another fiat currency middleman. You -> MoneyGram -> ZipZap -> BitInstant -> You

A lot of people use ZipZap with BitInstant (and also with ZigGap) and I haven't heard of any scam or fraud accusations against them. They should be pretty safe.

I'm trying to buy Bitcoins at Bitinstant, but they want me to use some system called ZipZap. I've never even heard of it and neither has anyone else. I bought through Bitinstant once before and I used Western Union and everything was fine.

I've tried contacting the people at Bitinstant, but they ignore me.
