i recently got into openledger and bought some tokens there. Smiley if you want some cheap coins which isn't yet in the market, you may try them.
if you want to invest to a legit exchange, their shares is pretty cheap to, check them out - https://coinmarketcap.com/assets/ico-openledger/#markets

there is no best trading site, instead there are a couple of decent places to trade and some others that are not so good and some others that you should probably avoid. and all of that you can find by a simple search on google about feedbacks other have left about these services.

good places: poloniex, bittrex,  btc-e
average places: cryptopia, c-cex
to avoid: yobit

You have a good opinion regarding about the exchange platform. And I also do believe that there is best exchange site here and that is Bittrex for me. But I wondered why we should avoid Yobit, though this exchange has been stand for a years, correct me if I'm wrong.

Obviously, the fight is in between Bittrex and poloniex.
Bittrex's support is great, where poloniex's is moderate. Both the teams are very careful in adding new coins and maintaining the site. So I guess both of them are leading in the market right now.

I don't stick to one trading platform, I started trading first at Ccex for few months, I like Ccex cause its very user friendly.. Now i am trading @ Poloniex, Bittrex, Cryptopia, Yobit etc... as for there are coins I do support from those exchages... It is much better not to put our eggs in one basket.. We earn profit from coins we trade just pick the right one.... so we should not trade only one exchage...happy earnings everyone...

I agree with you on this statement, I have been using some exchanges and I like to explore the system of each exchange. I usually prefer yobit (not because I am promoting them with signature but I find it user friendly and never had any serious issue with them), localbitcoins (Because sometimes, I need various payment options) and now I am trading on 1Broker (they have variety of trading platforms such as crypto, stocks, commodities, forex, indices etc).
we have our own opinion on each exchanges but knowing yobit there are lots of complaints regarding on these exchange and i could able to read it every now and then unlike other reputable exchanges which really dont have any issues its either on withdrawal or deposits or any other stuff.

Well, I could suggest bittrex, poloniex, alcurex, novaexchange and c-cex. Those exchange sites can be considered as trusted exchange platform. And Poloniex is the best trading site among of them. But still the choice is yours to choose where you gonna do trade as a starting point.

Well bittrex turned out to be a scam, didn't it?  And I've used Yobit many times, and they're not that bad.  Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, I know, but all my trades went through just fine, and I don't think they're disreputable...yet.  Poloniex is pretty good.  Never used cryptopia or btc-e.

yobit is good option but i think some members on here have problem with the withdraw process but i don't know because so far i don't see any problem with me. poloniex is also a good option and have big volume and transaction and the fee is not too high for traders. cryptopia is good also but that market is only have low transaction and not fast as in yobit and poloniex.

You must try in c-cex you would love it. It is the best trading site for me it is also mobile friendly so if you're using mobile that is the best site i have never experienced any problem with the site.

While i use c-cex,  i like using yobit more because of the chatbox to where traders get to discuss stuff. I've been to different exchange and the rest of them don't have chatbox too.

I have avoided C-Cex since I return from long hibernation because of some reason, I also trade in yobit and I found its troll box funny especially when there is some exchange of words lol.  I think Poloniex is the best trading site for altcoins, this site had been the target of every coins to be listed with and second is bittrex.
The only bad image in yobit is the support worst and delayed support that always happening since before.. and until its the same.. but they are still active and alive.. but the problem right now they are releasing large number of shitcoin or scam coin.. so avoid buying new release or ico coins much better is to choose rankings in coinmarketcap much better to choose them since they are giving you idea what is the best long term investment..

You can try new site cryptopia they new have super low trading at 500sats for bitcoin and others are low too. Alcurex is good too fees aerage but they have dividend shares too. I use a lot of different ones and its good to trade altcoins. Nowadays I earn some from an Insane chatroom called thecryptochat(.)net they have givaways, faucets, chatrooms for various topics, an InsaneQuiz to win insanecoins, and help with block explorers with free node, just an overall nice community of cryptocurrency enthusists. i think my best trading site for me is bittrex because its easy to use and along with poloniex , c-cex which is the site layout is simple.

Lots and lots of trading and exchange websites were available for bitcoin buying, selling and for trading needs. Personally I feel ease of trading through localbitcoins.com, as it is understandable even for a newbie without someone's help.
localbitcoins is not a trading site its a exchanging site , you may get scammed also because localbitcoins is only stand for escrow.

In my opinion the best site  to make trading is yobit because from the two year I had never listen about Bitcoin yobit.net site  like maintenance problem or any transaction problem . And site can be easily handle in mobile also .
So I think that is best to make trade .

You Can Use Yobit.net and Poloniex.com because both are best trading sites and also tried by me and I Like Yobit.net Mostly Because there 100s of Altcoins are available to trade and I can deposit with ease and the withdrawal fees is also low. So It's upon you now you can Choose Yobit or Poloniex that suits your requirements.

I prefer 3 cryptocurrency trading sites:

1) Shapeshift: Instant trading of Bitcoins or alt coins for one another. Their browser extension is amazing to use as well.
2) Poloniex: A popular crypto currency exchange and one of the most useful support incase you have any transaction issues.
3) Bleutrade : I used to trade CLAM's and Bunnycoins here long back and the trades often had lots of buyers. Good for trading new altcoins.
shapeshift are more to an instant exchange not for trading and get profit ,
their price are so not competitive for trading activity ,
bleutrade have too much strange random altcoins make me suspicious ,
so i will prefer to choose poloniex as a reliable altcoin trading site.

I have used some exchanges and I think yobit is good in terms of overall trading experience. To be honest, I have no idea about fees comparison but when it comes to ease of trading I always prefer Yobit (not because I am member of their signature campaign) but as a trader. There are no hidden fees, so all charges are up front and charged as per transaction volume. This is my opinion and you can have different opinion on this.

i guess OP don't need a site to exchange bitcoin to fiat but an altcoins trading platform for trading purpose

honestly i will strongly prefer poloniex as its most known site for trading and have such a huge volume for 24 hours. the bigger volume the fastest transaction going and the demand and supply will be much more than a site which has lesser volume. and their support is not really bad i guess

Yeah. I've been hearing about poloniex in terms of trading platform. Although I never tried trading in that site. Well, I am comfortable trading in C-cex.com since it has easy design that even a newbie will not find it hard to trade there. I can see that c-cex uses low resources unlike other trading sites which is very essential when a market war is occurring. you can easily cancel your bid and bid another one. I never encountered such problems in trading this site.

If you use Bitmex and set the order type to post only you will always pay a maker fee, this maker fee is -0.025% meaning you get paid to buy or sell bitcoins. Although this does not sound like alot if you're using a 100x leverage you can receive a rebate of 2.5%, a total of 5% after you open and close an order. All of this is before the price even changes.

I would like to choose you yobit and coinbase, these site have almost all kind of crypto currency trading. If you wish to trade you could have best escrow system and best traders you can find there.

Yes, I can say Yobit is a good site to start with. Even with small amount. Me to started from Yobit. It is a good way to start in there where you can explore and learn trading. Though it has also many not so popular coins and also be careful when transferring coins, check first if the wallet is active.

but be careful when you trading on yobit, because so far i see on yobit that if we make a wrong buy in altcoin, we don't know how long the price of the altcoin we buy will be increase again and i have this bad experience so i only hold it until how long i don't know. and i am admitted that in yobit, the price of altcoin is really cheap depend on the other market and in that place have many cheap altcoin that we can choose.

but me personally, my daily trading is in poloniex for almost 1 year, its a great place for me and i like the website. the altcoin is also have a good volume and there always increasing in the price of altcoin so we can make a profit with that.

BTC to the moon is inevitable...
something that is rarely talked about in topics like this asking about the "best" trading site is that there is always some pros and cons with any service that you use and all our choices that exist today (and you can see others suggesting and i am also using) are bad services but we have to choose the least bad one.

and the reason why i say they are bad is because they are all susceptible to becoming a scam just like a dozen before them who ripped us off and ran away like cryptsy or mtgox.

Just remember that at one point in the past Mt.Gox was the best cryptocurrency exchange.
Since that time we have couple upsets when titans of industry showed that they can't be trusted - Bitfinex, Cryptsy.

Currently for altcoin trading Poloniex is top pick. For bitcoin trading I would rather use Bitstamp, Kraken or Bitsquare (1st major decentralized exchange platform).

As for the top exchanges which I think won't scam and won't disappear after a hack or something I pick: Coinbase, Coinhouse and Gemini.

The best for me is poloniex because it is very convenient and easy to use in mobile. Unlike bittrex where it is a bit of difficult using it on your phone. Altcoins listed on that exchange are thodroughly reviewed  by owners of that site which makes it good and far away from shitcoins.

It all depends what coin are you going to trade because not all exchanges have the same coins listed, for example in yobit there are more coins than in poloniex but in poloniex the trading volume is larger and the possibility to earn is higher.

Your answer is poloniex. With huge volume and high volatility.  Wink But what the kind of your crypto?

I do agreed with you. actually Poloniex is one of the best and good exchange where you can trade safely/secured. It is because ever since this exchange has never been involve in any controversies in crypto world. therefore, Poloniex has a good  track record.

I use Poloniex since it foundation and I don't have nothing do complain. I also used Bittrex and it's fine, but one I had some troubles with orders was Bleutrade. I also like the motherf*****  chat of Poloniex because there're so many bitching around and it's fun. There's also some sharks there who got awesome predictions. The structure is very simple, so, number one to me is Poloniex.

poloniex will be best choice for you to start trading with big volume and you can choose the altcoins, usdt, and else. i feel good to trading in poloniex. bittrex and bter is the second choice for you to take a look. yobit and bluetrade it seem has to be small - medium volume and i see that there is a good to start if you have small-middle funds to trade.

I haven't used many other sites, but I can honestly say that BTC-e has never done wrong by me.

Their exchange looks basic, and the volume isn't as good as it used to be but that's a natural reflection of the crypto that is traded there.

I have been trading since last year. Though I earn profit from that nowadays, it's less than a half that I earn last year because its volume is decreasing. Now, I am looking for another trading site which has a huge volume but requires low fee per transaction. I would appreciate each answer:)
I do not think there is the best trading site here. It mostly depends on which kind of trading you use and how you feel while trading. People here usually use Yobit to trade because Yobit has many functions which can support and accept many other altcoins. Furthermore, rich person, businessman, companies chiefly use some professional trading platform. It's all up to you, try and you will find your own trading site

Where is my ring of blades...
there is no best trading site, instead there are a couple of decent places to trade and some others that are not so good and some others that you should probably avoid. and all of that you can find by a simple search on google about feedbacks other have left about these services.

good places: poloniex, bittrex,  btc-e
average places: cryptopia, c-cex
to avoid: yobit

For most of the time i trade in poloniex for both bitcoin and altcoin trading because they have really high volume and trading fee. Also they allow to deposit/withdraw upto $2000 worth of bitcoin/altcoin daily without verification.

Bittrex, c-cex are other alternatives for me but have really low volume than polo.

You need not to stick within one exchange. You must keep on moving multiple exchanges for many security measurements. Trading with fiats or only crypto also will be safer when you trade in multiple exchanges.

When you find an exchange gets low volume, you can shift into another immediately so that you will get better results with your trading. Just check this forums' service announcement and exchange board to find your own preferred exchange.

Google should answer your question. But my advice to you is to do your internal research very well. Most of the site for trading bitcoin are good except some hidden charges that you don't expect, and another thing you should know about trading is ' currency trading is very risky as there are may technical and fundamental issues affecting the market. For now I advice you to trade with either bitstamp or cex.io

check out the coinmarketcap link above for the list but it really is not that different between exchanges the fee per transaction (withdrawal) is usually all the same amount in different exchanges and it is either the same standard blockchain fee (like 20K satoshi for bitcoin and 1 Doge for Dogecoin,...) or a little bit bigger.

and the trading fees are all either 0.25%-0.2% or a smaller percentage based on your monthly trade volume.

for finding an exchange look for their features and check out their rules (ToS) instead.
