On the bright side most of the ppl over 30 are bit more calm in different situations and we are not rushing every single situation with some action which we did not thought through well.

Yes when we are in our 30s the body will start to be slower and slower. We need to get more medical tests done to make it certain we are not sick. And to make certain to prevent a illness that will be life threatening.
I am not very much older then you are. So just know you must take care of your body. Doing exercises everyday will make your life easier for when you become older then that.
