Sure, in my town there is no merchant who has a clue about BTC, but with my BTC debit card I can buy anything I want if my BTC wallet has enough funds

Ideally it would be the best if I could pay with my phone via NFC directly from my wallet. To be more realistic, I think it will take time to get the merchants to accept direct payment with BTC in the future.

I think you're from India. Bitcoins still not so popular in india so to meet your requirement it may take quite long time.

As of now we can buy most of the electronics items we can buy in europe and USA but still in it is not possible in Asia. As of now in asia only we can use bitcoins for trading and gambling.

Yeah this is good thing But I expect Bitcoin should accept anywhere in world and all people should aware of it. Nowadays many online shopping site are accepting still Its not enough and If its comes to small groceries and other shops means It ll be more comfort for every bitcoin users.

I want to pay my household bills using bitcoin firstly, I pay them using my cards right now or through online banking but I don't like it, the fees they charge is a little high and I don't feel safe. The other thing is I shop at online shops for various things and everytime I pay, I tell them how I would have preferred to pay with BTC, just so they maybe add it one day.

I think you will have to wait for a while for this to be possible. Until then, you will very soon be able to buy with Bitcoin on Openbazaar. But when Openbazaar gets rolling, we won't hopefully need eBay ever again!

think about it. you buy bitcoins last month at $250.. and just hold it yourself. no trading no playing. just cold storing it..
this month you can sell it at $360 now=44% in one month..
way better than 1% a year in a bank account

From what I read on bitcointalk I was under the impression that Starbucks in some places are accepting bitcoins. At least that is the case for Starbucks in Hong Kong.
And for other places you can buy some gift cards with bitcoins and use them to purchase Starbuck's products.

having to swapbitcoin for giftcards to then use in starbucks.. is not technically using bitcoin in starbucks..

you might aswell say that hongkong starbucks accepts american dollars.. because customers swap american dollars for hongkong dollars before entering a starbucks..

so my 3 ideal uses of BITCOIN is when you hand over BITCOIN to the retailer selling you the 3 products i listed.. without any pre-swapping into different currencies. and i think thats what the OP's idea is to... what products would people want to buy DIRECTLY USING BITCOIN, without swapping to other currencies first

Same here, I want to buy bread, milk, cheese, etc from my local shops with bitcoin. When I can do that owning a single bitcoin will be an unrealizable dream for the majority of the population. It's still in the niche markets that bitcoin is usable, it hasn't gone mainstream until you can buy anything you want with it, wherever you want.

I can't buy anything using Bitcoin , at least nothing from my country (E.g paying bills , buying a car (please I'm not a millionaire so don't talk about the Lamborghini bought with bitcoin) , and food etc ... basically can't buy anything physical) .
Digital goods aren't that hard to get though , because you can buy them online from different website or from Bitcointalk itself so not biggy .
