What time will the SEC's ETF decision be given tomorrow? Also what do you think the decision will be and what do you think it's impact of the market in general will be?

That was released 3 hours ago and as many anticipated it, it was indeed denied again.
So expect a lot of fuds now and the price will be affected by these panic sellers. They still have one propose application on SEC and hopefully it will be accepted by the end of September. Though we may see them delaying more and taking the chances of buying in cheap.
