You should do steps by steps:
1) Read as more as you can (articles, news, topics/ threads, etc): More time you spend for reading, more knowledge you will get.
2) Try reading topics in the board, namely "Others > Beginners & Helps". There are lots of available topics, which created by other users. Those topics might have the same issues as yours. So you can learn from them solutions for yours. It's unnecessary to start your own topics.
3) Be ready to help others if you can help to to solve problems with your solutions/ ideas.

More things will come over time. Those three just initial things to do.

In short, there you go:
For receiving merits, briefly, I think there are several important points that lower-ranked users should remember in their heads before writing threads:

1. Don't plagiarise (because it violates the 33th rule of the forum, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657)
2. Don't spamming with low-quality, non-sense, off-topic threads
3. Don't too much offended or defended (posts should be as neutral as possisble)
4. Don't try to spread FUDs around the forum (will be permanently banned by admin or moderators).

5. Write good, high-quality, on-topic, useful, meaningful threads/ topics (which are constructive, solving-problem posts).
6. Write in good-quality English grammar and vocabularies (which don't lead to unexpected misunderstandings).
7. Write posts with clear, transparent evidences (links attached if mention about other topics, figures, images of technical issuses, etc.)

Of course, there are more tips new users should follow, practice, and use them when they write. These one are only some of them in a nutshell.

I strongly believe in the merit system and its possitive, massive impacts on the forum's users, particulary new ones.

I'm also a newbie and IMO I don't really look at ranks and merit. When I think I can make a decent reply to a post I will do it. If I have a question I can't find an answer to on this forum or google I will ask it here.
So far none of my replies have been deleted so I think I'm doing fine :-)

i will not be able to point out what is the real reason behind it but as a fellow newbie i can give you some advice that you could apply to prevent being disabled again in this site/group.

keep reading, take time to read the updated rules and stuff. as what i've read a few days ago, the site is implementing new things already to prevent having "trash post" or any kind of post that doesn't have any value and just want to raise their activity counts. also thru reading you can learn a lot of stuff that you could share as well in forum that could possibly help other newbie like us. be thoughtful and think first before you try to do/post something.

The quality of someone's posts will affect the quality of this forum. If you only look for the number of post and activity, then the spam will appear instead of knowledge.
I think the qualified post is a useful post for others. Not just a comment.

Firstly, you should read, learn more about crypto ecosystem in order to level up your knowledge in this area.
Secondly, scanning and reading interesting topics in the forum. Please focusing on threads of higher-rank users, such as Senior member, hero, and ledgendary, who might have deeply understanding about crypto.
Thirdly, writing your own posts which should on-topic and as high quality as possible.
Fourthly, please don't spamming, plagirising in the forum. If you do that, you also put your account under high risk of permanent ban from admin and moderators.

Good luck and hope that my recommendations useful for your case.

I think it is because of the quality of your posts. So I think it is worth reading " Beginners and Help - Newbies - Read before posting" thread first before doing anything inside Bitcointalk forum. This should be applied for all the newbies including me.

i am newbie here and honestly im still learning and observing on how to post properly please guide me to explore and grow more.

We all start from the same position in life.   I think what everyone is commenting above is simply that the people who brought together this great forum want to keep the content useful / full of value and to "cut the crap" → useless posts that are often the bane of many other online forums.   We're all here to learn / research / participate in this space, so by following the forum guidelines, it's a better experience for all involved, whether you're new to the forum.... or have been around since before the genesis block of BTC in the cryptography sphere!

The best way is to read as much as you can and try to understand how the things work. Do not make any artificial efforts in order to Boost your rank because it is something that is already defined by the forum administrators and everything will work automatically.

Like, I always advise the newbies do not invest your money first but invest your time first and try to learn the things and market behaviour. Bitcoin will not hit $1 million overnight so you won't be losing anything if you are not investing at this point. So don't bother about fear of missing out anything and that will help you to stay away from taking the panic decisions.

disable can happen with you proxy ban or something. then clear browser history and try log it.it works for me. If you banded by some moderator or admin, that's mean you violate some Bitcointalk.org rules. Always publish good quality post ,don't ask already asked common questions. help to other by providing some helpful information. Bitcointalk.org is very valuable resource  for learn about the crypto world.

If you were disabled and charged some small amount when you have created an account, then it is probably better cause you are login in or because you have created your account from an IP address that somebody else used the same IP to spam or to simply put malicious links etc. This can happen if you tried to us some free vpn if you are sure this is first time for you here.

Some think Bitcoin play is the same as playing Forex when the assumption is wrong. Bitcoin play is different from playing Forex so for those who are familiar with Forex trading should not use the trick to play Bitcoin. The idealist Bitcoin players are often misguided. They do not immediately sell Bitcoinnya instead fond of collecting Bitcoin. When trading Bitcoin must remain profitable and also security rather than collecting Bitcoin. Benefits can be obtained by finding the difference in selling and also the difference buying. What to keep in mind for players who want to trade Bitcoin, when holding Bitcoin currency it's a sign you have merchandise ready to sell for profit. When holding rupiah it's a sign you're looking for the best opportunity to buy Bitcoin merchandise. essentially we must be active in learning and not easily despair.

Thank you for the replies. I am also a newbie and I am really afraid to post or reply to posts, because what if I would commit a mistake. Reading and learning new things everyday is the way. By the way, I have been messaged for more or less three times now that my reply to a certain post has been deleted. Anyways, there is always a room for improvement. Thank you.

Each and everyday we (I don't want to quote only Staffs or Moderators) are trying to make this forum for Crypto Development not only for Spaming the post and to get Activity and Rank to go up, If you have seen recent changes on Merit then that is also to make it in a proper way, Please try to post quality post and if you are asking for airdrop also please post quality post to ask for airdrop and before asking my suggestion is to go through each and every details on airdrop some details including that If Newbie if allowed for airdrop or not which you can find in announcement post, Always try to ask those question which are not been answers because there are thousands of question we can see everyday which are been answered millions of time here in forum, You can google it and if you really didn't find anywhere you are always welcome to ask in appropriate post, Good Luck we all will make this forum a proper way to help other, Don't hurry for Rank and Activity when you spend time here and help each other with quality post, Quality questions and quality answer than Post count, Activity and merit will be automatically in you side you don't need to worry about that.

Thank you for this knowledge. I am glad I opened this topic it is a good experience though to be disabled and seek for answer to the possible reason why stat is being disabled. In this case newbies like me specially those who just begin right now who read this, for them to avoid the same mistake I have done. I hope this will be their guide how to use this forum rightfully and fruitfully. I also gain knowledge and wisdom with the answers I’ve got. I am really interested of learning a lot of things. But this time cryptocurrency really pushes me from learning a lot from my mistakes. I am glad I join this forum and I am willing to read a lot to learn from this. Wishing someday I can also help and guide other.

Read news feed and different articles.  Find content that would be valuable too.  Start a thread, or comment on someone else with the community readers in mind.  Ask yourself before any post if what you are typing would benefit the reader or the community as a whole.  Eventually you will receive Merits to progress your account to the next level.

Do you know any reason why your account is being "disabled" with an option of paying bitcoin for it to be lifted?

I am excited to this airdrop

One of the possible reasons on why your account is being "disabled" is because of your post quality. Maybe improve them a bit instead of posting solely for increasing activity?
