I'm very often looking for some news about Fintech, and I'm scrolling and reading Fintech Daily on telegram https://t.me/fintechdaily
Usually on Friday afternoon, i am watching anime and browsing (about anime)
I would probably spend my time having cups of tea or coffee. that would be relaxing.
I spend most of the time on the internet. Sometimes I just start with Facebook then I end up clicking links from my newsfeed and the next thing you know hours have passed and I already have an itinerary for a country that I know I would not really be able to visit but I explored about it all over the internet for almost the entire day.

It is better not to waste time on unimportant things. You can do self-education. For example, read something about crypto currency. 
Browser history on our working PCs is traceable, so no memes on Friday afternoon.
Or, at least, no memes on the working PC - smartphone is always at hand, so usually just checking stuff and waiting for the day to end.

nothing just do my work and count the time to end.
I usually pretend I'm working and secretly look for cheap holiday deals.
