Can someone just explain to me how to set up this "board" and make a whole mining rig with that chip. It's something that interests me so I just wanna know how its done. I read on the forum about BFL and I don't know how to build one.

To help you understand why your question is being poked fun at... Your question is like these:

"I want to build a Ferrari, I found a Ferrari fuel pump on ebay for $250... how can I make a Ferrari?"

"I found some uranium minerals on UnitedNuclear.com and ordered 100 gram rock. How can I make a nuclear reactor from it? Power is really expensive where I live."

"I really want to build a bigger garage because the one I have is too small. What kind of concrete would you recommend? Do I have to mix the concrete myself or should I order a truck of it? Anyone got instructions on how to make a slab for my shed? Also what you do you recommend I make the shed walls out of?"

The board you have to build might look something like this:

If you don't have the capability to build something like this, then don't bother with the chips.

This is one of those things that if you don't know how to do it, leave it to someone else.  Over in the hardware section there are over a dozen projects to design and build ASIC boards.  Its very specialised, skilled work, needing specialised tools and not the sort of thing you can learn on a youtube.  Long story short, you'll need to source chips then have them sent to some who knows what they are doing to build it into a board.

And from all accounts avoid BFL.  Though they may come through eventually and the chips once made might be good.

Delivery : 100 days.  No thank you - difficulty will have AT LEAST doubled by then with all the cheap ASICs hitting the market. And that 100 days is chip delivery only, you then need to make a board to run the chip!

Do you just use it like a standard processor and build a computer around it or do is there somewhere you can plug it in?
No.

You have to build a board to use it.

How do I do that? Is there a good video tutorial out there?

please do not buy that product, just please don't do it, read around the forums for a day or two and find everything that you can about BFL.

I'm wondering how you use this product? Link: https://products.butterflylabs.com/homepage-subproducts/65nm-asic-bitcoin-mining-chip.html Do you just use it like a standard processor and build a computer around it or do is there somewhere you can plug it in? I'm not that computer savvy so I'm confused about why you can order this.
