Me too. The characters are okay. If the thread isn't needed in the forum, reporting is good. It is used just to get attention.

I don't think it is disallowed at this moment. In fact, you can find half a dozen of special characters thread titles in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0.

I guess you should just deal with it and move on. I see quite a few of them as well, but not a whole lot we can do, unless the staff implement a rule against it.

I've recently found a thread that reads something like this:

all with the annoying black boxes. It's obviously done to call for attention, but it certainly does so negatively.

Can I report these kind of titles? Or should I just deal with it and move on? It's not the first one I see here.
