I am a little pessimistic. I know.

The volume is different every other day. Sometimes its over 20K on stamp, and sometimes just 10K.
 Depends on the market for that day and the price swings ahppening.

The volume's dropped to such unbelievably low levels that something has to happen soon.

Yes, price is stable now, but you know how crazy bitcoin is, the price can change very fast. But i will hold it.

I know the danger about gambling, one time i make my wallet from 0.4btc to 0.0 on bones, i learn a hard leason that day about gambling. Now i dont gamble that way, i dont play dice, some times i play poker but with a small buyin's, just for fun.

You shouldnt be doing this, gambling on money 'I need' is real dangerous.   None of us know what will happen but right now the trend is downwards, a smart cookie might be able to predict when price could be subject to excessive negative sentiment

whatever you do, just make sure that you profit from it.
One thing I would say, is that you shouldn't sell them at current rate. If you are not going to spend them, hold onto them.

But mining is a hard business, if i can invest to get 1 btc / day by mining, i will do it, but invest 3 bitcoins to get 0.037 / day is not a good deal, because i will lose money with the electric charge.

My bitcoin sources are:

1.- Im moderator at Luckyb.it and i get tips for that (0.035 each 3 days aprox.)
2.- Coinurl and Adfly ( 0.025 btc / month) i use virwox to buy btc with my Adfly earnings.
3.- Gambling... i just can say im i luck guy, some times lose but i have won some big bets (0.5 btc biggest profit from gambling)

At start i use to gamble a lot, but now i dont do it like those days. I only gamble money what i feel ready to lose.

if you are mining, look out for any sale offers running this weekend.. it may just be worth your while buying some hardware if prices are right.

Monday i sold 0.12 and this week has made 0.2 soo fast, at last now i have 3.2 btc. im thinking about hold 3 btc, and if i get extra btc sell it in the moment.

This way i can have more than $1k invested on bitcoin, and start filling up my bank account.

I would say the price trend seems to be more flat then downward as it has traded in a somewhat narrow range for several months now.

I would say that option "B" would by far be the worst and is almost guaranteed to be a losing proposition both in terms of bitcoin and in terms of overall value

The price depends on a lot of things  

totally agree with this. people expect history to repeat itself in precise time-schedules. I've seen too many people whinging that last year's high hasn't been replicated this year, but that is just not how stocks and shares work. It may be many months before we see a heavy push upwards in price, but now is certainly not a good time to sell and it's evident from some of the overeager business endeavours like the GAW thing that's happening. GAW are playing on people's impatience, grabbing as much BTC, whilst trying to persuade people that they have a bigger better coin on the horizon.

I recommend this option. I really think now is a very bad time to sell. We've just had a huge crash and are starting to recover, so if you sell now, you'll lose out on the rally. I think you should wait several months at least and see what happens. That's what I'm doing at least.

But if speculation fails you will at least have warmth over all winter. In no case can this investment become totally worthless.

You should read up on GAWminers' Paycoin coming out soon. It is by far the biggest and most ambitious project yet in Crypto and will most certainly take the Crypto world by storm when it launches. The ICO is running till the 8th of DEC but you can only purchase Paycoins with Hashpoints which is an in-house currency. Do some research. You could easily make a lot more than the amount you're looking for

I think you should not sell your bitcoin bitcoin and hold it until the price back up and stable, now you can sell or looking for additional work to earn money with the amount you want, hopefully in the near future you will get a job that will pay you a fee great ... 

I expect BTC and alts to go down a little. Many people will need a bit extra cash for the holidays.

All of the trades the make the prices move are on auto mode. None of us impact the price. So the price acts like a stock and follows the same patterns and rules.

Technically speaking, it is ready for a huge rally.

I don't expect nothing of  exceptional , But I hope to see again the price of bitcoin near 500 $ .

We could potentially see prices at around $86 if there is another sell off. When is the government selling their stash? That may cause it to drop hard.

But for every seller is a buyer so who knows.

You have about $1000 worth, you need $300 more.

You could sell 2, keep the profits ($720). Hold the one and sell if it bounces to around 600 (Your extra $300ish).

If the coin drops to around $300, buy them cheap and ride them to the next bounce.

You are not the first one who have figured this out. Current price already factor in the expected demand.

Expect price to go below 100 if the widely expected November rocket failed to launch.

i don't think it is the right time to sell your bitcoin holding. The price is hovering at this bottom level. Expecially many investors will cash out their bitcoin investment to fiat for Christmas. The price is still under the selling pressure in December. So recommend not to sell now and hold them. You'd better get a job to earn the required amount of money. It is easy for you!

i would steer clear of altcoins as their price seems to be more iffy than btcs.... I think they will go up though imo by late december +400 (I have no reason evidence or proof of this just my opinion with no facts to support)

Today bitcoin value is $356.12 (22/Nov/2014)

I have 3 bitcoins and need $1340 for last days of December, what to do?

My options.

A) Keep the bitcoins, the price will go up!
B) Invest in other coins, Doge and LiteCoin will go up!
C) Sell that 3 btc and take that $1050 and try to earn 1 btc to get that $300.
