There is absolutely zero chance that you will bring an idea to life without some strong names in your team. Nobody wants to work to make somebody else's dream come true, everybody has ideas, an idea is not the valuable part. The valuable part is having the skills, focus and coordination to bring an idea to life. I do not believe you will be successful on any crowdfunding platform if all you offer your investors is a stake in an idea, unless your idea was already proven, and mostly developed into a workable product.

I have recently started a project to bring my blockchain concept to fruition. I have no funds but I need some so I can pay developers and the rest of my team members as well as uncountable things that require capital with a business. I want to start a crowdfunding page on Indiegogo but I have no tokens so I cannot give my investors tokens in exchange for their investment so what can I offer to compel people to give me capital?

Maybe you can create great content, like books, or maybe even merchandising. If you are a good writer, then making some useful manuals and guides about the crypto world is always a good approach.
Now, if you explain better what is your project about, maybe we can offer better help.

Like someone said already it is hard to suggest anything good without knowing what a project is about.

My friends were collecting funds for SF series and they were giving props used in pilot episode. Things like jewelry, cloth, or weapons (fake of course).

But forget about indigogo without good campaign and marketing plan.

No money = No online people will surely work for you since it will be a huge waste of time if your project fails due to capital(money ) reasons so i suggest you to find a great minded guys on your neighborhood and offer them you planned business and maybe you can convince them to work for you and be payed if your site succeed. And for capital issue maybe you should try to loan on institutions near you since no one will give a huge loan to a guy who doesn't have any collateral or any assurance that he would pay for his credits.

You don`t have to giveaway tokens,if you want to start an Indiegogo crowdfunding project.
You can create a membership website and give away free premium memberships to your investors.
I don`t know anything about your project,so i can`t figure out the best perk.
What exactly do you want to create?A product ,or a service?
