Definitely do NOT use Tradehill. The have tied up my money from December 29th to today with not a peep of info. They never return emails, even though Jered asked me publicly on this forum to write to him. Then again, he also made it a point to tell me that he gets hundreds of emails every day. So maybe he is just too busy.

The confirmations don't have anything to do with the exchange. Sometimes the network takes a while to find blocks. And yes, CampBX is OK in my opinion. I have been using it since July.
I use cryptoxchange.com, mainly because I know their bank accounts won't ever be frozen. Also, past few days bitcoins have been 5% cheaper there than Gox.
