Some of the challenges that i usually face whenever i want to buy and sell bitcoin, is finding a good price and finding a good buyer or seller, i usually use p2p sites in order to buy and sell and for that i have to be careful and check the person that i am trading with, and usually for that  i try to pick offers that are hand to hand cash, but since on local bitcoin this kind of transaction is going to be removed, it is going to be a massive problem for me .

I don't really have much problem dealing with buying and selling bitcoin with my local exchange. But the actual variance as compared to the international market is really a bit off for me sometimes. Because it is already converted to my fiat currency, sometimes they are taking advantage of the situation. The gap of buy and sell price are wide most of the time.

Yeah for some it would be challenging to buy especially bulk orders but if one does really experience in trading cryptocurrency then it could be done actually by visiting exchanges that has reputable image like binance or directly to localbitcoins where many users has said that one can buy bulk orders in bitcoin in this exchange. And if one only wishes to buy few bitcoins then it is easier for there are many sel orders of bitcoin in exchanges. Just know the right market price set for bitcoin when you buy bitcoin.

1. While buying and selling , the worst part is paying sometimes tripple fee , in case you are giving it to an individual then it's pretty fine , but sending them in any exchange sometimes takes a lot.

2. The process is actually simple, the hard thing is the waiting time , which can be reduced by paying more fee.

3. I think that would be hard and you can easily find it online .

4. I like local Bitcoins since it gives you a number of options , you can even add it in your bank account or get paid in cash.

1. What type of challenge do you face when you want to buy or sell bitcoin or any other crypto?

Of course price fluctuations in the market, it is the only challenge that will be faced by every trader, prices that go up and down are sometimes unpredictable making the risk even greater, and it requires you to be smart in analyzing and researching, if you are not smart then chances for the loss will be even greater

There is no challenge to buy bitcoin because it is so simple, you can buy at the lower price and sell at the high price repeat it as more as you can. Find some article to know it, you have to more active on trading discussion board. Learn more about fundamental analyst and technical analyst, if you have understood it you will not have a hesitation to decide when you have to buy and when you have to sell.

Well, with regulated exchanges like Coinbase, you will have to jump through the KYC/AML requirements So if you are not willing to give out that information, then restrictions on how much you can buy and sell and withdraw, would come into affect.

The process is simple ; Find a reputable exchange - register an account - Verify your details - Deposit fiat into your account - start trading.  Tongue  It is really that easy.  Grin

Based on my experienced in trading Bitcoin the biggest challenge which I had faced was when the bear market attack in the market, were most of the coins are totally dumped their price value. And by that time it was a hard thing for me to determine when it will goes down or up in terms of its price. So what I did if ever the majority of the traders are selling it or buying I will do the same thing, just simple as that.

The challenge factor when I buy bitcoin is I can't decide the best time to buy especially I'll use it as trading place. The movement price is so complicated, up and down are so drastic until I confuse to set what price should I put. The next challeng is to sell my bitcoin to get a profit, I can't  be spared with the greedy thing, I'll feel lament when I set price to sell but its price goes up and past the price I set. However, if you intend to hold bitcoin for long term investmeng you can do it at anytime. You won't ever buy if you wait the price down more than you expected.

it seems like now there are no significant challenges. for me a significant challenge was when I first entering cryptocurrency world, the first time I had trouble was having a wallet at my local exchange that had to do KYC procedures, and had to learn a lot about cryptocurrency from Google. and it looks like at this time the systems and procedures had improvement make easier for beginner.
the key to solving your challenge is learning from google or closest person to you.

there are more challenges that i have to face when i try to sell bitcoins, first being able to sell at the best price on the market before the price drops, second try to sell quickly to a trusted exchange that makes bank transfers sepa without asking for documents verification (kyc) , i do not like sales between private individuals i prefer the exchanges but the discrete ones that do not ask too many questions...

What type of challenge do you face when you want to buy or sell bitcoin or any other crypto?

liquidity is the biggest challenge, particularly for smaller altcoins. getting in and out without slippage isn't easy. that's why i mostly stick to bitcoin and larger alts like ETH. even so, i try to scale in and out of positions to avoid slippage.

Which app or site do you like and why?

i do day-to-day hedging on binance and coinbase pro. i withdraw fiat to my bank account through coinbase pro. i occasionally do high leverage margin trading on bitmex---not recommended for beginners. Wink

1. What type of challenge do you face when you want to buy or sell bitcoin or any other crypto?
Frankly, I have never bought any Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies whatsoever. All the crypto that I have are all earned through the net. So I don't have actually have an answer on the buying part. However, for the buying part, I do sell my Bitcoin into fiat. For the past few years, I haven't had any problem with selling them. I mean, at least not a major one. I think the most thing that usually bugs me is the fact that it is quite hard to find out the right price to sell because of how Bitcoin is always fluctuating.

2. How the buy and sell process looks like? it is easy or not?
I usually sell my Bitcoin on an instant sell service on a certain website. It is actually really easy.

3. Can you share with me how your process look like?
All you have to do is just to make an account, deposit the coins, and sell the coins.

I don't feel like to answer the 4th question here. If you (op) really want to know, feel free to PM me.

1. What type of challenge do you face when you want to buy or sell bitcoin or any other crypto?
I find no challenge anymore when I'd like to buy/sell bitcoin and even with altcoins. Websites that are into the business are reachable and easy to transact so if there's a challenging thing for me now that would the confirmation time though this happens when I pay cheap fee and I know the solution and that's to pay a recommended fee.

2. How the buy and sell process looks like? it is easy or not?
Peer to peer, transfer to exchange, automated also on exchanges. It's easy.  Wink

3. Can you share with me how your process look like?
The process is simple, you send your bitcoin on exchange and trade it with your desired crypto/altcoin (stable or not) then you can choose to cash out with fiat.

4. Which app or site do you like and why?
Binance for the meanwhile.

Buying and selling Bitcoin in my country is quite easy.  The only thing is the high deficit in conversion.  There is 5% to 7% discrepancy between buying and selling BTC.  There is no problem in buying but once we convert it to fiat, it automatically deduct this percentage.

3. Can you share with me how your process look like?

As of the process, it is simple, if we want to buy BTC we will just make an order from the site then an order receipt will be given to us where we will present it to the outlet where we can pay such as banks, convenience store and remittances.  Same goes when we sell it, we can encash it through banks and remittance.

4. Which app or site do you like and why?

I have been using coins.ph and rebit.ph, since they have been around for sometime and their interface is user friendly.

actually that is the major problem when you want to buy or sell btc in your local exchanges. one thing i do is compare the variance of the 2 exchanges that i usually use to do these transactions and select for the better deal. consider their tx fee as well. but all in all, it is pretty easy peasy in dealing bitcoin on my end

The process is very simple and easy. You make an account on one of the exchanges like binance or coinbase. You get an address and send your bitcoins to this address. First send just a small amount to check if everything is fine and your balance on site changes. You look for a sell button and that's it. Next you can withdraw fiat to your account.

There are no challenges. The only important thing is to keep your password safe and double check the address to which you are sending coins and the fee.

the challenge you will experience in crypto is when to buy or sell crypto because price is unpredictable  and for trading just use highly reputable exchange before using them make your own research for apps i only use the one where you can monitor the price of different crypto like blockfolio

I am very sorry that many cryptocurrency users have problems buying Bitcoin.  I live in a country where there is no official legalization of cryptocurrency, but nevertheless the use of cryptocurrency is not prohibited.  Thus, I can by any means through online resources buy any cryptocurrency and trade it without problems.  .

It's not much difficult to buy and sell bitcoin for other cryptos.
But's it's still too much difficult to buy and sell bitcoin for fiat. Most of the fiat exchanges takes insanely large fees. There are issues on every step. The support for most of them are useless and it's much better to find a like minded person and trade it with them rather than going with the hassle of exchanges.

After earning Bitcoin, I could not think of what to do. There are solutions to every problem. It was almost impossible to sell Bitcoin in the first time. It was difficult to believe online. Believe in the blind and start trading with local dealer. And during the exchange, choose the best exchanges. There is no problem now.

On the fiat -> crypto side, choices is pretty limited, usually what you can buy/sell were ETH, BTC and stables as they are more regulated on papers regarding these assets, platforms like remitano, localbtc and localethereum is pretty established, but you have to deal with local fiat fluctuations as crypto stick USD mainly.

Other alts is totally different stories, its the place where you can diving in danger in search of a coin that bring the greatest returns, over there its about how you buy/sell against BTC or stables. Most of the trading challenges take places here.

There is trouble abrewing
trust is the only challenge that i have ever faced and that is only because whenever i sell bitcoin, i do it off the exchanges and since peer to peer trades are hard and require trusting the other party, it has proven to be challenging for me. although it has never been hard enough to make me want to look for any other ways and after a while you always find connections to do things easier.

Hello, everyone.

I have a few questions. Can you help me with?

1. What type of challenge do you face when you want to buy or sell bitcoin or any other crypto?

None so far. The exchange I'm using is pretty straightforward and there are no complicated steps or whatsoever that I have encountered in my last 4 years of trading.

2. How the buy and sell process looks like? it is easy or not?

Pretty easy. Create a sell order, choose what method would you like to receive your funds and confirm checkout/exchange. Processing takes about a few minutes time and you're good to claim your cash on money remittance centers or wait for a full banking day to get your funds in your bank account.

3. Can you share with me how your process look like?

Refer to #2

4. Which app or site do you like and why?

While I'm here in the Philippines, I'm using coins.ph and Abra if I want quick cash and bitcoins. If I'm in Canada, I mainly use CoinSquare, though I haven't used them for about 2 years now, and I don't know how they'd evolved for that time.

I think it just revolves around will I really buy or just wait? Just that struggle. We are dealing with a volatile crypto currency, we don't know what will be the movement, it may be a dump or a pump that is the reason I am getting hesitant to buy or to wait more longer for the price to get lower. If you don't know how to analyze price charts, it is really hard so my suggestion is to learn how to analyze them. It will really help you.

In fact, there is not something very complicated. For money transfers there are wallets that specialize in this. For exchange / trade crypto exchange are used. Choose which one suits you (considering the country and payment systems that are popular with you). Also pay attention to the exchange rate in order to profitably exchange.
