I don't remember the biggest win, but it was around April or May, it was a lottery ticket and I got about $200. Although it is an unpopular offline game with few players, I have won many times and lost many times. Sometimes I have the feeling that if I see pairs of numbers appearing many times in life, I will play it.
Almost all user has a similar reply of " they don't remember ". That only shows that big wins are rare. Well, if not, this is a perfect definition of get-rich quick (for real) because many of this are mainly a scam or hard to make it a reality.

There are different kinds of lotto games and some are not famous than the other, but it does not mean that your chances to win are now high because this was not like a raffle even though the numbers are also being jumbled and pick out of the machine. If you win many times, apart from your losses, that is already a nice performance, and maybe you are still break even? Though it seems you are addicted already. You should think less of it mate, or play less.

Well maybe emotions are something that are present in every Moment of doing things well, we are people who always want good things to do and always do them to win, in lottery games it is something that is difficult to win, Well, When you Win you can solve a lot of things, this is something you don't see all the time, but basically Everyone has a lot to do, you can take it as an initiative to do any kind of thing for which we continue Assigning , that is But it is said that when a person wins at the lottery, it is inevitable that they continue winning it or that they continue in a lottery. In fact, I knew a friend who has been winning a lot all the time , I don't know how he Does it,  I don't know what strategy he uses. But he always plays the maximum Number in all the raffles and 1 year ago he won, and that was like 5 cars, refrigerators, white goods , televisions , Unfortunately it was very crazy because he said he was sleeping and Went to wake Him up to give him the Good news.

So these types of events are very Simple, it can be said that the most important thing is to improve people's income in a casino and they can Emphasize that they will always have the best chance of winning, that hope will Always be there. What do I know, we are people who always strive to have victories in the casinos, in the lotteries , but Really in my case in this 2023 I was not lucky at all, but I am happy to see that there are many Players here who did have Significant wins , and It is very Good , I am happy and I hope that they continue to earn more and much more , that is something that I wish them with all my hear t,  because in part it is always good that People who Deserve it and who deserve it then earn, I think that everyone We deserve the best and if the best comes with more Money , then that is what we should look for no Matter what , for that Reason we are so people who must Always give Everything of themselves to achieve the oObjectives.

How we're all driven by this elusive goal of success. Your friend's experience shows how unpredictable these attempts are; winning large against all odds is exceptional.

For myself, I've always gambled with hope and realism. I stay grounded and positive with this balance. While I havent succeeded like your friend, the road has been rewarding. Each game and bet is a new chance to win. This is what makes sport so exciting - the perpetual change in fortunes.

Despite my gambling ups and downs this year, I love hearing about others' wins. It reminds us that while not everyone wins large, someone in our community can shine. We are defined by our common optimism and excitement for others' success. Here's to remaining positive, playing, and possibly winning. Isnt that what makes life rich and exciting?

That's right, that's something that happens to all of us or very few of us, that when you hear the victory of others it's a pleasure to hear, partly when a person has a lot of success in the game it's because maybe they make the right moves in the game. OK, I don't know how it's done right, but sometimes when we're looking for the best games to win, we can feel that in some cases we have more luck than in others, or maybe it's because we like a game in particular what we do. It's trying to find the idea that it's like this, in slot games anything can happen, you can lose like never before, but you can also win, as I've said in many threads, slots are the ones that have the greatest capacity to do the tricks. Better things, you can sense that with the sltos one can win big, but I could also lose a lot looking for that blessed profit, the biggest winners in the casinos have always done things like this.

In the thread Ann from stake.com things can be very different, because there they always win in slots and they publish it, but it's not just any win, it's the best wins, I personally have always said that things are nice like that, For me, things are not done well in any case and they have to be published, there is no other way, because you have to be very effusive when showing it, I am saying this because always in all the times that we seek to do the best in the way I have noticed that slots are a solution, but another solution is sports betting, sports bets are always a great option to do, I have always thought that when you try to make the best bet you have to put a lot of money into it, because if they happen Things can be very big in profits, that's what always comes to mind for me, it's something that depends solely on how we can focus things on making them better.

What's up ladies and gentlemen...

2023 will soon come to a wrap and doubt, it's been an awesome year for some of us, while I also understand it might as well been a bad year for some persons, but I am glad that finally, the year is coming to an end and we get the opportunity to try again and make 2024 a year we get to celebrate things, accomplishments and achievements we failed to celebrate this year.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

Lets discuss..

Nobody likes to loose in gambling but unfortunately losing in gambling is inevitable as the chances of losing are way higher than that of winning, gamblers would understand what I'm talking about.

I've also had my own share of wins and loses, but sadly for me, the loses by far beats the wins which I believe is same for most other gamblers
You still didn't tell us what the huge win you won was last year, I don't think this can be so hard to know in the flash of a thought. If it was the whole summary of the winning, it would have been impossible or cumbersome, but the best winning for the whole year will always be memorable. Besides, you are right about winning and losing in gambling, the two are inevitable for gamblers unless the gamblers do not want to face the reality of the game. Even as the gambling itself was structured, I could say that it is structured more in favour of the house, which is why no one should think that they can always be hitting that Jackpot all the time, and if you look around you, you will hardly see those who are truly making their huge money in gambling.

But that still doesn't stop people from sharing their testimonies about gambling as each year always presents a huge story in this regard. Nevertheless, it is only about how good you are at gambling and how lucky you are as well. The two must continue to play their roles no matter how good you are. I had a good year in my sports betting last year as usual and I hope that I can step up the risk this year. That is the only way I might be able to beat the record of last year because I am the kind of gambler in this sector who is so careful and managerial. The money might not be so big, but yet, it is worth it than losing.

The year 2023 is going to pass with love loss but I feel more loss than gain this year. Especially this year I have experienced maximum gambling loss of $1000 but profit amount was maximum $300. At Sportbetting I mainly bet on cricket. My highest loss was $1000 in the recently concluded ICC World Cup this year. The biggest loss was in the match between New Zealand and England where I bet in favor of England but when England lost to New Zealand in that match I lost about 400 dollars. Again, in the match between Pakistan and Afghanistan, Pakistan had to lose as much as two and a half hundred dollars by betting. Between Bangladesh and the Netherlands, Bangladesh lost as much as 200 dollars by betting on Bangladesh's side. But I bet Australia at the last minute and made a profit of $300 in the final match and that is my highest profit from gambling in 2023.

Honestly, I don't know what to say to what you asked in this thread. I mean, I don't manage my gambling, whether it's the money I spend as deposits, let alone what we've lost due to losses in the last year. for me personally, the definition of gambling that I do is inversely proportional to what I have done in the past 5 years. that's why, I didn't count how many wins I got over the last year. on the other hand, I didn't calculate how much money the losses would have collected in the last year. the question is, will this make us much better? or, just to evaluate. because, I gamble just for fun. in particular, on sports betting. if I were to try to count the wins or remember the losses. honestly, I wouldn't do it. because for me, this is no longer fun.

So you see, in principle I know what I am doing, especially with the gambling that I do. I have sorted and chosen which gambling can result in winning my way and which gambling is just to pass the time after work activities. the point is, there are two differences in the gambling that I do. Let's take an example, when I'm having fun and just filling my free time I can play slots with the lowest bet. in contrast, when I focus on football betting, I will analyze it over and over again and look for betting options that are as ideal as possible with a single bet. thus, it is not uncommon for me to win in my sports betting, as well as wrong predictions. the point is, believe it or not, of the 4 or 5 matches that I predicted, at least 2 of my predictions failed miserably. if I'm lucky, my predictions are all correct and that gives quite a profit. well, that's enough to make me happy with my gambling. no need to calculate anything. if I lose today, let's just say everything I predicted failed miserably. no other words, end it and revel in something else.

Due my gambling account history more dominance with losses than win but ever have biggest amount of winning in sport betting, bet almost 200 trx with multiple bet in soccer betting and earn almost 10000 trx its the first and last lucky in sport betting. Right now difficult to put bet in sport betting with multiple bet always has chance losses on one or two matches after several matches success get winning prediction. In casino games I don't understand well just have few kinds of casino games only but not get bigger winning. Still difficult to make new biggest winning amount in this year on sport betting depend on my skill only although on every weekend always make more than ten until twenty bet for every matches.
I hope this week with my several multiple bet can make new biggest winning record in this season and not bigger capital around 100 trx and hope can raise become 10k trx.

For me calculating my losses and wins is what I dislike doing as a gambler I assume it will make me feel like am wasting money if my calculations shows that am losing more higher than am winning and on the other hand if the calculation turn out to be of high wins of profit over the losses it might persuade me to gamble the more whereby increasing the stakes from the usual.

I know I have had many winnings this year the beginning of the year was remarkable with lots of winnings though recently I haven't been that so lucky with my bets and it has made me slow down a bit with my gambling. I mostly bet on sports betting rarely with casinos so I haven't had a single win with any of those few casino games I have played before.
I agree, calculating them as a whole is not really that nice feeling and I do not do it neither. However, I am unfortunately aware of the biggest loss that I had, because it was an outlier and I do not normally bet that big. One day I managed to win some big bet that I didn't really expected to win, so I put it on some football game to just have fun, I wasn't really expecting to win anyway so I said I won't care if I lose it and I didn't really care when I lost it, but I was aware of the number since I do not normally bet that big.

It's fine feeling, it's an exciting feeling and I think it's quite clear that we are going to end up with something dangerous if we like to do something that's quite great feeling so we need to not feel too addicted to it.
our biggest lost is usually an indelible memory in our head despite after many losses because it's the biggest that we feel mostly. And the nature of such big losses are what  tempts gamblers to chase after the loss for a recouping which ultimately lead to more losses and if you're an uncontrollable gambler addiction is just a stone throw away from you.

We get less emotional with our losses when we intentionally gamble for fun and to entertain ourself contrary to the intent of making or doubling our money and it happens  instead of doubling we're making losses that's where the danger is because our reaction won't be that of a happy gambler. As in, no one get joy in losing their money it's a simple truth no doubt.

Correct. In my opinion, the way to enjoy and have fun in gambling is not how much money we get but whether we enjoy it or not regardless of winning or losing, even though what we hope for is clearly a win.

But anyone will be happier if they win an amount and less happy if they lose some.  So whether we are in for fun, we are still affected by our gambling session result.  I do not think that the amount of money win or lose can be ignored by gamblers nor offer no emotional reaction to it.

I never add up or calculate all the winnings or losses of the bets I make. However, what I have seen so far is that the money that has been collected in my account has increased in balance and that is the result of winning.
That's good, if you're not an accounting expert I don't think there's a need to count the amount of money that goes in and out of your account, to be honest, I'm also not someone who has a lot of time to count the wins and losses I get while gambling, but it's true that it's still true. There are people in this world who still do that just to find out how much money they lose and win, but it seems like it would just be a waste of time and not have any impact because they have calculated it.

Anyone who has to gamble should use budget money that is not used, meaning that it is not needed for living needs but is money that is ready to be lost just to find entertainment and have fun at gambling, therefore it is important to control yourself when gambling if you still take into account losses and wins when gambling, why waste time gambling, if you want to make money, you should open a business or work instead of gambling, that's better  Grin

As you said, use money that is not used at all and if the money is lost it doesn't affect our needs and our mental health. It's like fishing, we bring bait, whether we catch fish or not, for those who enjoy fishing, fishing is a pleasure.

I won around 4-5x or so of my initial bet once but I am sure that I lost much more, throughout the entire year. But it does not bother me because I only bet tiny amounts for fun. Which I think everyone should be doing. I get the same fun out of it without any of the depression and anxiety. I have been thinking about getting more into sports betting because around 90% of my gambling activity is basic games like slots or card games. And it does get boring after a while. Meaning you start craving something new/different and exciting.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

I am a gambler, and I do gamble frequently, but to be honest, I don’t think I have a record for the highest amount of money I have won or lost, whenever I win, I just take my profit and do whatever I need to do with the money. I don’t really know the highest win I had this season, but 2024 will be another year. Maybe I will still start taking note of things like this, I will have a gambling note where I will have a record of some of my gambling activities. But maybe I don’t take my gambling activities seriously because I only gamble with a small amount of money, and whenever I win, I don’t really win a large amount of money.

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

I don’t have to make any calculations for me to know that I lost more than I won in 2023. For example, when I gamble for like 10 times, I will have won maybe 3 times and lost 7 times, so I know I lost more than I won in 2023. I just hope next year will be another year in which my win will be more than my loss in gambling.

I only play sports betting, especially in the Premier League and La Liga. The wins I get depend on the team I choose, usually I choose the top ranking team and the odds are only around 1.3x to 1.6x. That's the only victory I have. The biggest win if I win in one day on every bet I make 😉

I never add up or calculate all the winnings or losses of the bets I make. However, what I have seen so far is that the money that has been collected in my account has increased in balance and that is the result of winning.

The biggest win was probably from sports betting with multi which was a winning streak for 4x at high odds, maybe I was lucky to pick a lot of teams in multi and that was the biggest win.

But make no mistake behind it there is a big loss but I will never reveal, because it is enough for me to know how much the total loss is, after all I never keep track of the whole just according to my own calculations.

Because this is the purpose of pleasure in football lovers, I do it without calculating profits or losses, everything just goes, because I know that if we record from the beginning of the year until now, obviously the loss will be greater.

You are very correct I was thinking as much. Being alive to see the end of the year is a great achievement because life itself is a gamble. Because it's risky out there, many people never knew that where they were going could end there life and had it been they could realise that, they wouldn't have gone to the path that took their lives. So the big win is to see the end of this year 2023 and the gambling of life Start Next year again.
That's a generic answer to this question which I guess is a profound answer too since it's about living and not quitting in life. When it comes to gambling though, my biggest win is probably when a friend of mine let me in on a bet that has a really high odds, I think it's around 12 or something that high because they're up against a favorite team and I guess the sales talk did the work and made it so I got attracted to the odds and so I gave in and gave that friend the money to bet and was lucky enough to find out that we've won and we celebrated by treating our other friends with food and drinks and had a good laugh and talk after a long time, I guess the bonding with friends would be my biggest win.

I might be on thesame tract with with you about the achievement I've got this year,I have played so many games which I thought I was going to win,but it still ended up dissappointing me.I can say this year has not being my year in terms of gambling, the only time I thought I was going to be favoured was when Benfica lose to  a smaller team in the UEFA champions league, where they gave Benfica a 1.30 odds, and they gave that team a 6.00 odd,but the annoying thing about it was that I even double chanced Benfica and gave them a win or draw, which was about 1.09 odd,but they ended up losing which cut my huge amount of money. So I am only happy for the gift of life this year.

My biggest win in gambling in 2023 was not in online casinos but in cockfighting. I was sharing bets with a friend who is a big cockfighting bettor, I won $300 that day just following his advice, so sometimes it's worth following advice from people who know the way around the games, unfortunately that was the last time because he goes to a province to check for all the roasters he is taking care I'm sure he will be back here in our place, this is where he made a fortune.

My biggest loss was $100 on dice and crash games, but I have a lot of losses, many of which come from peer-to-peer boxing and basketball matches international and local.

I have not calculated all my losses and all my winnings there's no need to do that I can easily move on with these, all I know is that I have a lot of losses than winnings but I'm comfortable with both my winnings and losses.

That is just it for most people. The winning would be less than losses. All what gambling sites need is traffic. If they have high traffic to their website and people using their site for gambling, that means more profit for them because they will make more money. They will grow more and people will lose money to them more. This is one of the reasons people should know that they should avoid spending the amount of money they can not afford to lose on gambling.
Getting a win this year may still be difficult for most gamblers, especially for those who don't have the skills if they place bets on sports betting. They only pin their hopes on luck so they have difficulty winning. They only spend more money if they don't realize that they actually need to reduce their gambling activities. So it's okay if this year we still experience defeat and that is a normal thing experienced by many gamblers. But we must be able to reduce the number of losses next year so that we can have more money to save. We also don't need to gamble if we don't have money.

My bets are always of "moderate" value, so I have never had significant losses or gains.
If I'm not mistaken, the best I've ever achieved was winning almost $200 in bets placed in a single night with less than $50 wagered on a series of sports combinations.

I don't aim for more profits for 2024, as long as there continue to be plenty of betting options on my favorite sports and championships, then I'll be happy.

For those who had terrible results in 2023, I hope that next year you will have more profits (or fewer losses).

Around 200x. But i would consider people to think twice before revealing any huge amounts they made. It's not all people with good intentions in here reading the replies.

I know most people think that they are taking enough measures against hacks, but it doesn't usually include them being targeted. As even if we think that your pseudonimity keeps us safe, all it takes is one connection to be made to another some account, and more info starts to leak.

I can't remember the name, but one case comes in my mind especially. It was a twitter crypto influencer who ridiculed scam victims, saying it's their own fault not keeping their privatekeys and passwords safe. And it took comically short time for him to get hacked and drained. That made me realize that it's not the CEX i need to be worried about. But being my own bank and getting targeted.

So, revealing crypto you have now might seem like a small amount. It might be worth fortune in the future, and there are bots reading this in the future, finding perfect candinates for hacks.

Though I did gamble in 2023, but it was limited due to the several losses I had, even while gambling on games I thought will win. So in regard to the question you just asked, I will boldly say my biggest win in 2023 was when I use $0.5 to win $100, and that happened while I was gambling on Shuffle casino game, precisely "Joker1000", as it's really a cool and nice game to give it a try if you wish

My biggest lose, or the lost which I will say did pain me was when I use $100 to gamble on a 1.20 odds, hoping it will play, but it eventually lost,

Not for me because I've transferred from one casino to another one and another one again. I don't know how much I have accumulated in gambling by the wins and losses that I've made. But it is not a lot to be honest because I am a controlled gambler and I don't dig a lot with my budget whenever I have. I can say that I am still on a better situation even with not that a lot of wins but also simply don't have that much losses as well.

Or that's actually a win for me that I am still in my sane as I gamble and I know what actually is happening. I don't want to sound that I am a saint but that's what really it is. So for those that have a lot of losses, I think it should start with your mindsetting and change that if it's not helping you a lot this year. Next year is another going to be a long year for you to start making your own paths in gambling whether you're a compulsive or controlled one. What you must do is to protect yourselves from spending a lot that you can't afford to lose.

I never really bet that much when it comes to sports gambling.  I don't have any big win stories outside of sports gambling being that I didn't take any trips to in person casinos this year (where I play games like roulette and poker) so most of my gambling was done online and regarding betting sports games.  I would say my biggest win was probably $200.  That just goes to show how little I'm willing to put down on sports bets.

A cumulative calculation at this time is something I'm not really sure of now because I wasn't keeping records reasons because I didn't want to get to the point where I will have to start chasing loos and probably get to addiction knowingly or unknowingly.

One thing I know for sure was that the times I won I won big and my stake were way beyond been doubled so it usually makes up for some of my losses most times, invariably I made some good profits at every point when I won but when I lost I did made some few losses tho they weren't such that I couldn't bear because I did staked only what I can afford to lose so as to avoid been emotional about my losses and start chasing them so the year 2023 was quite fair with me as I did suffered some losses and had some profits aswell.

My biggest win for me on a personal level is managing to remain under a plan and enforce it for myself when gambling, effectively following simple rules to not exceed limits in betting amounts out of my financial comfort.

This is a big win for me considering that I managed to sustain winning and loosing all while having fun throughout. I can't recommend this enough to everyone. It makes you feel like a winner all the time. 😎

Biggest lose? $300+

I cant barely remembered all of those numbers but bit sure that those value above are the ones that i have lost up big time and gained up on some point.
Yeah im not that a huge wagered or bigtime gambler but im really just that spending on the amount on which i can afford to lose on which this had always been the main line for most people.
For this upcoming year then i wont really be that hoping too much just like on what i have said on the start of 2023 and now we are almost on 2024 on which
i would really be still keeping on the same behavior and insights on which never ever spend on the amount on which you cant afford to lose
then you would really be just that fine.

My biggest win in gambling for the year 2023 cannot be measured in amounts. My biggest win is that even though I gambled and placed bets at different times in the year, I did not end this year a gambling addict or someone who is unable to control their gambling behavior.
This is a big win for me really, even though I know that many people will not understand. Maybe next year, my biggest win will be in amount, and I will be able to share the story.

As for my losses, I don't count them so I don't know how many I have, but I feel like I have more losses than wins. Hoping that 2024 will be good for me and everyone.

I have had some nice games this year but the fact that I don’t gamble with large amount means that I don’t also win huge amount –– But the one I can vividly remember was when I participated in a 10 days rollover challenge; the rule was simple, flip 5,000 Nigeria currency (~$4.2) to 106,000 Nigeria currency (~$90) using just 1.3 odds for 9’days and on the tenth day increase it to 2 odds.

Whoever wins gets an additional 100,000 Nigeria currency. 15 of us took part and only 4 of us won the game and that was the highest amount I won in gambling this year the rest were just a few dollars from the range of $5 – $30.
You are lucky that this worked out, that means you must have been a very good analyst.  To me risking your money on 1.3 odd is a big one for me because a single loss will sweep away several winnings. If I may ask, were you compounding this to achieve such outstanding success? In other words, when you play and win, do you play the next bet with the entire money (profits from precious bet plus the capital) ? I once stubled upon a compounding process developed by a friend but the odd was 2. It was fantastic but the challenge is how to consistently get 2 odds to bet.

It was indeed risky since I had to put back everything I had won to complete the 10 days rollover.

For the first one I bet 5,000 naira and I won 6,500; day one completed
On day 2, I’ll have to bet the whole 6,500 naira and if I’m lucky I’ll win 8,450 naira.
It continued till it gets to the 9th day, by this time my balance was already 53,020 naira, but I had to place everything on a 2 odds games making everything 106,040 naira.

I wanted to call off the game on the 9th but I just had to summon courage to see it through but it would have been painful if I had lost that game after clearing 9 different rounds.

My biggest win was probably being alive to see the end of 2023. I know you were referring to biggest gambling win, but I feel pretty lucky to have gone through my health issues and still be here to talk about it.

I think majority of us here have health issues, but yeah, it's a win for those who have manage to be alive. Was just talking about this during Christmas with my brothers, life is precious our kids are growing up.  Smiley

About the subject though of gambling, I can't remember, maybe some slot win in land base casinos. I usually just play sportsbet on online casino, yeah I did try to play my favorite slots but I didn't won that big. For landbase I remember that there were days that I have a winning streak, $400 was my biggest day during that stretch, there was days that I will win $20-$100 and then go home early with that money early. But when I started to play and be in long hours in the casino, that's where I suffered loses.

I am not that kind of huge depositor in my gambling account and I withdraw regularly at the same time to avoid getting emotional. However, I can still remember making $554 in a single football bet this year. I hope to have a higher risk affinity in 2024.

I can remember losing $75 as the most. I am such that consider my risks and divide my betting risks effectively.

I'm afraid, this is not possible on my side because I have deposited at least 3 betting platforms this year and they are for different purposes. Therefore to calculate them will be so stressful. I don't even give it a thought.

If other people talk about the biggest win is, the amount of gain they get in gambling that they do throughout 2023, and there may be those who get profits up to many times the amount of their bets, and there are also those who get a considerable loss when compared to previous years. depending on the ability and luck of a person in playing gambling.

Tai there is such a big win in the year 2023, it is bigger than the amount of money. In 2023 I was able to fully control myself from my gambling activities and I was also able to control my finances well to finance my gambling. I don't really remember what the total loss I incurred was, but if compared to the profit I got... it doesn't seem that much different... with good self-control, I was able to minimize the level of loss and with good control of money, I was able to utilize the results of the winnings I won this year to be even more useful, with the winnings I got at gambling, apart from being able to buy something I wanted, I also managed to increase the amount of my investment, thanks to some of the winnings I won this year.

Well i would have to go back to the stats board of all the games I have won because I don't have the accurate cumulative stats of all my winnings but if it's for a single win then I can be sure that my highest win this year's wasn't all that huge but I know I had good winning spree on most of the virtual games I played online. But I did came close to almost winning $12k  on a single parley selection of 17games of which Manchester city were the demon that denied me that victory as they lost naively to Wolverhampton.

It is impossible to make profit in gambling, because gamblers lse more than they win in any kind of game that they are gambling with with a luck base game or a skill based game. You know that it is impossible to win the house hedge and gambling is mostly based on luck.

I don't calculate my win or my loss, what I know is that if I want to calculate how much that I have spent on gambling in 2023, I will just simply total the sum of money that I do budget on gambling weekly x52 weeks or if it is monthly x12 months and I will know the exact amount, but I don't think is there is any need for that because money lost to gamble cannot be recovered back.

The highest amount that I have won in gambling this year is $20 and the highest amount that I have lost is my weekly allocation for gambling, which IS $5.

I almost forgot how much my biggest loss or win was in 2023 but what I remember seems to be around $300-$400 in sports betting and roulette games.
I never calculate the percentage of losses or wins each month or each year. It's just that my biggest victory is being able to consistently control myself without having to experience the bad effects of gambling.

maybe everyone has their own story and extraordinary achievements in 2023 in gambling, but actually winning or losing is just a condition where we gain valuable experience and will not repeat it in 2024. I'm sure if everyone tells the truth they will be bigger the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

I can't say a specific figure but I know I have lost in gambling and at the same time, I have made some good profits. There was a time one bet gave me more than 300 times of what I wager and I was happy the game gave me such a good profits and if count the times I have lost in gambling, the number of times I have won and the return really exceeded the losses and for that, I'm really impress about it even though I don't gamble all the time but I'm happy with the result I had this year. It's a bless year and love for me.

I don't know if I go through my betting site. I can get a way I can have access to a sheet of deposit and withdrawal, manually will be exhausting and will take a lot of time if not days but I know that the result of the deposit and withdrawal will be cool judging from the deposit and net withdraws I made this year.

If there is something I will like to try next year is to bet on crypto, I'm use to fiats now because I value my crypto and coins but maybe I will give usdt some trials as it's not too diffirrent from fiats, I will have the opportunity to get some usdt if I win think.

the biggest win so far in one bet in boxing betting for Fury by decision which i won $80 in one bet. i had doubts that i would win since heavyweight fights always end in KO but it was a UD. the discussion on the Joe Rogan podcast gave away a tip about how the fight could play out and so they were right.

i have a few wins like the recent Inoue and the previous Crawford win which wasn't so big. its an easy bet because these are popular favorite boxers.

Winning the lottery with a $1 purchase for each of the 5 numbers, I bagged $70 that day with just an initial $5 bet... x14 times the return! It felt like the luckiest day ever. In 2023, most of my gambling revolves around sports bets, where I tend to bet on low odds for strong teams just to secure a win. It usually ranges from x1.5 to x2.5. My win rate is quite high but small profit, especially for EPL football matches. However, the profits aren't huge because my betting budget is small too.

My biggest loss was $50, which happened to be my monthly gambling budget. I bet on the Aston Villa vs. Man City match, putting my money on a Man City win as they were in their prime form. Unfortunately, the game didn't go as expected, and even the low odds ended up taking my money. That happened in early December, which was my gambling budget for this month.

Glad that many players in this forum have also experienced a 'big win' this year, regardless of the amount.
Since I am no longer a 'heavy bettor', my biggest win was $385 and that was with sports betting in particular with previous NBA Finals. It was actually thrilling; I bet under parlay for MVP Jimmy Butler. It was a clear team lead however the opponent team managed to get close to the series which made me nervous of the result. Profit was big but also the capital which is why audiences are thrilled as well. Then this was followed by smaller wins of it like fifty, eighty, and more. After all, I'm satisfied and no doubt have enjoyed the game more.
This year, I still experience losses that exceed my wins, even though I don't gamble too often. But as for the amount of money, I don't want to write it down because that could give rise to the desire to gamble more often.
That's the same as increasing the number of losses I lose next year.
After purchasing the bonus feature, I once won $20 in a slot game. But that amount is smaller than the money lost previously in slot games.
So the number of my losses is still greater than the number of wins. It's too painful to remember my lose, and it makes me feel uncomfortable.
So I just let it go without writing it down.
Just hard to avoid, but what we are doing is to gamble means no guarantee of winning. Same reason why we really cannot regret things 'coz that is our initiative which brought us here. Some are winning and many people are not. It could be bankroll management, or just unlucky. Solution is to move with either other gambling sites or outfits from different people.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

I have not really had any serious gambling activity all through this year, I mean, one doesn't just wake up one morning and become a winner or loser in gambling right?  Grin, yeah.
So for me, I have not really given much attention to gambling all through this year, I have mostly been busy with work, if there was or were times I gambled, it would be only a couple of times I place a few bets on some sports events, I cared not whether I win or lose, but I did win some and lost some.

But overall, I will just say that I did not gamble like I used to this year, i didn't even spend up to a $50 on gambling this year, and so, even if I lost that amount, it's nothing to start considering as a loss.

I remember it well despite hitting it with a very low odd like 200 IDR or 0.02 dollars I hit in the Fish Eye slot from Reel Kingdom partnered with Pragmatic Play and hit a huge multiplier, the x9833 near the max win of x10.000.I am still hoping now to hit a max win in 2024 as I doubt that 2023 would have reserved me an even bigger win than that.In 2023 it was overall a good year in the sense that I hit a lot of well over x1000 multipliers which I consider good prizes to hit and difficult to hit in most slots. That is the beauty of slot machine, each spin is independent from each other and you never know what to expect or when that max win will hit.

This question triggered up my reflections ability to check what and how much I have been able to win since the year 2023 began and about to end now,  in all what I realize is that,  my loses is higher than my winning in total and that is because of the fact that I was gambling for the fun and not the profits any ways and that the reason I only gamble with what I can afford to forget easily.

But on record,  my highest winning was in sport bets,  when I won a total of $250 in Bitcoin with a stake of $10 this was my highest biggest win amount for the year and I can't forget that night that I was that lucky to have hit that jackpot.

I don't remember the biggest win, but it was around April or May, it was a lottery ticket and I got about $200. Although it is an unpopular offline game with few players, I have won many times and lost many times. Sometimes I have the feeling that if I see pairs of numbers appearing many times in life, I will play it.

But I still remember losing about $50 on an online service on Betfury, or rather I made the mistake of participating in an event and spending disproportionate money to lose money, and that was also the last time I used that service: ) .

Honestly I've gambled alot and it will be difficult for me to even point out a particular win as the biggest since i never won a jackpot yet which will make an indelible difference in what I've been winning throughout the year.

And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?

Same thing is applicable to the losses in this regard.

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

Not possible for me since i don't keep track record of what I've lost or earned while gambling throughout the year, some still have the record to their various bets with them.

Before im fan of slots but right now I'm taking back again into the world of sports gambling I've been doing this since 2019 but most likely basketball and e-sports like dota and ML but recently adapted the Football match before i was curious how those people keep playing almost 90' just to manage the goal, recently most of the team gives a huge win is the Liverpool and Manchester United hoping for their next matches makes a good profit. Its not large as we expected but its quite enough to make me get a coffee while chilling to my favorite place. I win just fair enough of 100$ and manage to lose because of getting greedy to bet like around the all in profit I've gained.

This year, I still experience losses that exceed my wins, even though I don't gamble too often. But as for the amount of money, I don't want to write it down because that could give rise to the desire to gamble more often.

$50 was my largest and I was betting a cheap amount.
I withdrew all that amount without any hesitation and I already used that money to take the children out to let them eat food in the mall and just enjoy the day.
For me, that's one of the happiest days of my life because and also satisfying because I know to myself that I am a disciplined gambler and once I hit the planned amount to withdraw I always do so without thinking twice.
My second largest was just $40 but I am happy with it too. I felt like the losing streak was coming which is the reason why I gave up and just took the money instead of losing more.
The same thing I did, enjoyed the money for food and drinks.
2023 is good to me because I didn't really lose too much in gambling. I deposit low amounts but I can somehow make it bigger by betting for high-risk bets in casino games.
I may continue that same strategy next year. Just fill in my wagering amount, get some bonuses, deposit some, and then maybe I will get lucky and withdraw a good amount again.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?
In 2023, I make various types of bets from sports, lotteries in several betting rounds and games such as slots or crazytime.
As for the biggest win, it doesn't seem to be anything that impressive because if I remember the biggest win this year was just on slot game and that was only around $200 with bet of $0.4.

Quote

Saying that all gamblers lose must have quite large losses and of course this will be more difficult to accept if you take it into account.
I myself gamble just for fun and no matter how much I lose, it never makes me so devastated or regret it too much.

No, I will not take into account the number of wins or losses I experienced this year because it is not important.
I know that the losses are quite big and certainly bigger than the wins I get, so without considering the total I can accept it all.

I think that my victory in 2023 is one of the coolest that will be in this thread at all. I have won first places in art competitions several times, I am very good at this. The fact is that I am a professional artist and I began to participate in art competitions at the forum. Thanks to this, I was able to accumulate an excellent deposit and now I am again a full participant in the crypto races to the moon Smiley I am very grateful to Roobet for their incredible support of art and creative people.

I think it was a x20 on a $15 bet? It was some random flipping with dice and crash iirc since I was bored I just kept swapping between the two. It might actually be greater than x20 really I can't exactly remember the multiplier, but it was something along those lines. As for the biggest loss, since I've never deposited (or have) more than $100 on my casino wallet usually, then I'd set it as that much since there were instances where I just straight up threw $100 on one game lol. If we were to count total losses then I'd have quite a lot though.

Good thread, I'm curious to know the best bets that users have won around here

In my case, I hardly ever bet large amounts, since I set a bankroll for each championship and I have to manage it well with average and constant bets. If I bet a very high amount and lose, I could damage the entire bankroll of a championship

My best win was in the Brazilian championship when I placed a long bet on the champion, Palmeiras, and it was very exciting as another team was leading for most of the championship, and it was only in the last few games that the team managed to take the lead. It was a good bet for me

My worst defeat was actually a sequence of 7 or 8 losing bets in 3 championships at the same time (Brazilian, Portuguese and World Cup qualifiers)
Has anyone here also had such a bad run?

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

In my case I won 29$ in a multibet bet. but I also lost a lot. the most important thing for me is that I just played with money I could afford to lose, so I'm not sad about my losses. Furthermore, most of the time with the little money I deposited, I was able to play for a long time, because I won and took the winnings to continue playing, so with that I won more weeks betting without needing to deposit more money at the casino. When I start to have a lot of losses I stop playing for weeks or months or months so I can have better control over my emotions

And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?

I lose 10$ in a multibet bet, I always play with money that I can afford to lose and I don't create high expectations about any chance of me winning, sports betting is all about probability, no one has a crystal ball to get a correct bet. So I always repeat this to myself that even though an analysis of the game seems perfect, even though the favorite to win the game has many advantages over the opponent, on the field things can be different and the person loses the bet. So I don't blame myself for my losses, I look at them as something that happens to everyone, I don't see any chance of making a profit from sports betting. So I play just to have fun and test myself to what extent I can get the result of a game right.

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

Lets discuss..

I could probably have more than $50 in victory and even between $150 and $200 in loss. As I only play with money that I can afford to lose and I also don't play often, months or months often pass without me placing any sports bets, which is why my volume of money from wins and losses is not big, my VIP account is low, so I consider myself a person who plays just for fun. The most important thing in gambling is that the person has self control and only plays with money that they can afford to lose, because someone would think that when they look at the statistics on their account after playing for 1 year they will see a number of wins. being greater than the number of defeats, then this person is deluding himself a lot

I don't remember the exact results until the middle of this year because I never recorded or calculated in detail, but what I still remember is the results from the free bet which in total could generate around $80, while the biggest odds I could win were around @22.00 on NBA bets using bet builder but unfortunately at that time it was just for fun and only bet a small value, and when I was able to win I was quite surprised even though it was just luck because usually the players I chose under would score more but the leading of one of the teams was by a big margin so that the main players in the two teams were rested early so there was no chance to score more points, and as far as I remember it was the highest odds I won this year.

Well, it’s been quite a roller coaster. I can’t remember a big win this year; all I recall is being part of an ongoing gambling session, but due to its continuation, the final result turned out to be a big loss. The balance is now leaning toward the negative side. I know that losing is an inevitable part of the game. It teaches us lessons and builds resilience. So, my biggest loss was around 180 USD, which was tough to swallow, but it became a stepping stone for learning and growth.
Hoping that the new year brings even more wins, lessons, and moments to celebrate. May the odds be ever in our favor! Cheers to a prosperous and fulfilling 2024!
Same here, it's been a ride, I remember playing though in a traditional base casinos and winning like $200-$400 in the last quarter of this year. And then I didn't have the guts to comeback as I usually played online now.

The thing with playing online is that I don't spend or bet that big as compare when I was inside a casino. Maybe it was due to the ambience and the environment wherein there are a lot of gamblers and maybe you have the same bet in games like bacarrat or roulette.

Anyway, during the holidays, my friends, soon we will welcome the new year 2024, of course we hope that it will be better than the previous year.

Well this is my opinion:

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?
I can't assume the biggest winnings, because I've never made a deposit on gambling in large amounts, it's only a few that are done more often on sports betting as a favorite bet, so I say maybe the range of $100+.

And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?
The $20 was the largest deposit and lost, the rest is not more than that.

Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?
No! There's no record of anything cumulative for the whole year, if I did it would be much bigger than the losses.

I don't have any big bets that I won, although I must say that all my winnings in the last 3 months come from roulette games from Evolution. So it's not that big win, and sometimes I will win, and then there are days that I will be luck and hit lightning number from x50, x100 and the biggest is x500. So everything is base on luck though, so as I have said, it's up and down so I can't say what my biggest winning. And just like the rest, I don't write down the win and lose, so I don't know what my records for this year. And I don't big that much though, so might be like -/+ $100, in the last 3 months or so.

Not quite a win as such for me on gambling and not that it was loses either. However, it was a fulfilling year for me with quite an achievement to go with it. Hopefully, 2024 will bring more favour and luck to go with our analysis. No gambling regrets , there were wins and losses which is what gambling stand for and gamblers should know that.

It's on a NBA parlay that I hit x20 just recently. It was a 6 game parlay, I was just lucky though to hit that one as the games right now is very unpredictable.

I think we have a thread before that says if gamblers write down their wins or losses, and I'm one of them that don't do it at all. I mean why you need to see those numbers though? So no, I don't calculate my cumulate wins and losses. But if I have to make a guess, I would that that maybe I'm still in the negative.

Unfortunately, I didn't keep track of how many wins and losses I had so I don't know for sure. I think the wins and losses I get are more than the wins, but that's okay because that's gambling. We can win or lose depending on our luck, and we must be able to accept it well. We can still continue gambling next year until we feel bored with gambling, then we can decide to stop gambling. If it is a victory, we should not brag or show it off to others because that will not guarantee that we can get a win like that again next year. We should keep everything to ourselves and not have to remember it because gambling, for us, is entertainment.

I can't recall how much is my biggest win but all I know is that I didn't gamble much this year and I really just limited my gambling time.
I've learned from what happened last year where my savings almost ran out because I didn't control myself, I was too blinded by money. this year, I don't count how much I win or lose in gambling, as long as I have a budget for that and I need to be able to rotate that budget because I won't increase it in case I run out and lose. That has been my routine when it comes to gambling.

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

Quote
And in loses as well, how much was your biggest loss?

I don’t gamble much but if I’m to give a guess I’d say it the highest was not more than 10,000 Nigeria currency in a single game, that should be the highest I have lost in a single match. To some it might be penny but it’s something I have decided to do so as to control myself from funding my account with money that wasn’t meant for gambling.

Quote
Is it possible for you to calculate your cumulative wins and losses, and tell if 2023 was profitable or not; to you in terms of gambling?

Lets discuss..

That 10 days rollover really did boost my wins (considering the bumps that was included) coupled with the fact that I don’t use large amount to gamble I’d say that I did profit 2023 gambling sessions. It might not be much but profit is profit no matter how small it may be. Smiley
Indeed, that 10 days rollover was a major booster for you, and yeah,  a profit of a profit regardless of how small, it's much better than ending in a loss, so, congratulations to you ending 2023 with being profitable in gambling, let's hope 2024 will be far better than 2023.

And for me, I think the story is quite the opposite, I did join a betting group on telegram that promised a lot of profit, the admin of the group posts games for free to his group members, so as many of us who joined didn't have to pay for subscription of any kind.

I joined the group and started betting on every game posted by the admin, I started wit 50,000 Nigerian naira, and we were doing really well, for in less than a month or so, 50,000 naira had turned to almost 600,000 Nigerian naira, and seeing that some of us in the group were betting as high as a million, even the admin was betting between the range of 2 to 4 million Nigerian naira, and me seeing that, betting high equals to winning a really high amount of money as well, I got tempted to take a big shot and win a good amount of money for once.
So I went all in on the next game, I stake over 500,000 naira and boom, in the twinkle of an eye, the money was gone.

This is my biggest loss in gambling for the 2023, and this has also contributed to seeing that I end 2023 in the negative in terms of gains from gambling.

I haven't really thought about calculating my wins and losses in this calendar year for my gambling. I don't really think it was necessary because I don't want to have a bad feelings. I have some good winning this year and some losses too. My biggest win was $500 in a single stake. I have lost some money too but I think my biggest loss in a single bet is $20. But overall my win has been bigger than my loss.

Actually, I'm not very diligent in calculating my losses and winnings this year, but I remember getting a win at that time of around $300 from casino games and sports betting, maybe for a rich gambler the win was just a small win but for me it was quite high. from the budget that I usually use every week for gambling because I'm just a small gambler who doesn't waste money on one game.

I don't really actively count my losses because for me gambling is something that is fun so it is a game for my entertainment on the weekends, so I don't think that losing is a burden that I have to chase and recover from, gambling is full of risks of losing money if you don't want to lose money so don't gamble or never count the losses, just enjoy the game that's the most important thing for me.   Grin

So, the question is simple, in your gambling activities all through 2023, how much your biggest win?

Smiley
