Hi guys, Everyday we see many new ICO announcements going here in bitcointalk. Firstly i wanna remind every experienced members of bitcointalk forum who have the power to restrict illegal activities on this forum. Today i am gonna share something about recent ICO ,which are on going on market already. firstly i wanna remind everyone that worlds most of the investors follow bitcointalk to make decision to invest in ICOs . But its a matter of sorrow that bitcointalk has a great reputation worldwide but its decreasing day by day because of fraud ICOs. Its not the fault of our forum , i think its the fault of some greedy members who's are taking the post of ICO manager and promoting busted kinda ICOs here. our forum special members should take action on this regarding issues. i think there should be rules to be a manager of a ICO. peoples trust on bitcointalk forum , when they see a ICO have announcement and post on here its better place to invest. But most of the ICO steal money from them. Day by day its making negative impression on our forum. without knowing enough info some managers take the responsibility of any ICO and start to promote . I think it will be a great idea if our senior experienced members share there thought here what to do
