I think coinmarketcap is one of the most popular by the mere fact that it receives so much traffic. They reports on the trading activities of thousands of markets and you feel free to use any content as you see fit.

two above me said true and from coinmarketcap, we can know almost everything we need to start trading. i think the site OP mention is pump and dump groups and i think i won't recommended to follow that site because its too risky to just following their movement and be careful when you still decide to follow them. its better to search by our own way and found the right coins to make profit. with coinmarketcap is enough for you to collect the data and you can found a clue the good coins.

Yeah as TryNinja suggested, use coinmarketcap.com  That's the only website you should need for viewing trading volumes of specific coins or tokens.  If the crypto is not listed on coinmarketcap, then the coin is either very new or is not worth investing in.

What about CoinMarketCap? You can see Poloniex's volume for every coin at this page[1] - there is a way of seeing the volume from a few past days (even if it's not the best option); Just go to Archive.org/web, put there the Poloniex info from CoinMarketCap and choose a day to see an older snapshot.
