Crypto-Games has pretty good odds on their dice game, they're provably fair and have excellent support.
House-edge on their dice game is just 0.80%, you can try them out with their faucet first before depositing.
Their lottery doesn't even have a house edge, it's purely player vs player, no percentage taken of the prizes by Crypto-Games

You'll find the link in my signature and I'm not just being positive because I'm promoting them there.
I've been playing at their website for a couple of years.

House-edge for other games there:

Slot has a house edge of 1.97%
Blackjack has a house edge of 1.253%
Lottery doesn't have a house edge
Roulette has a house edge of 2.7%
Minesweeper has a house edge of 1%
Video Poker - Jacks or Better has a house edge of 2.11%
Video Poker - Tens or Better has a house edge of 2.08%
Video Poker - Bonus poker has a house edge of 2.09%
Plinko - Green ball has a house edge of 1.63%
Plinko - Red ball has a house edge of 1.84%
Plinko - Blue ball has a house edge of 1.52%
Plinko - Yellow ball has a house edge of 1.91%

If you are good then the answer is poker or sports betting. If you aren't good at either game which I'm guessing to be the case, your best bet will be to go to any of the 1% dice sites and try your luck there.

Well I can advise you to NOT GO on TrueFlip.io because they have the worst possible odds.

They have cool games with beautiful graphics that's for sure.
But their odds...
They have 10% house edge
I'm not kidding you, most of their games have 10 house edge xD
It means if you want to play *2 on dice you'll have only 45% chance to win xD

That's insane. Most sites have the usual 49.5% odds. If you include rakeback and other competitions you can reach 49.7% odds on YoloDice.

im recommending you to try and visit BitBlender, it has been proven and tested long time ago and still operating, lots of games and all the best odds, truly not a scam site because just yesterday, theyve launched theyre signature campaign and was manage by the most trusted signature manager here in bitcointalk forum, Hhampuz.

spam level is getting unreal in the gambling section !!

Most play with 50/50 so any number below 50 is a loss and any number above 50 is a winner and vice versa, but you can pick 90% win odds where 9/10 will be winners however your wins will be smaller since your base bet is divided by the odds.

That's true.

With yolodice you can set the "chance", or odds, by clicking in a +- button.
You can even set the chance to higher than 50% if you liked but the reward will be really small

Not only on yolodice but almost all the online gambling sites that ive visited do always have that feature .

Can someone direct me to the casino with the absolute best odds and what game it is.  Needs to be provably fair and not a scam site that doesn't let you withdraw. thanks.

You should atleast check the website first before promoting it on your signature. A gambling site and a coin mixing site is way different. You can still revise your post though

@OP as for luck based games, most of them have best odds and usually they only have 1% house edge but try to look for sites with bonus system like rakeback if you want to get something from your wagers. I will suggest looking for ongoing competitions too, that way you could win extra money if you can take a spot

BitBlender is a Bitcoin Mixing Service, bro.

It's a service to disable tracking your Bitcoin-transactions since Bitcoin is only pseudo-anonymous. If anyone knows your BTC address (maybe tied from KYC of an exchange) he can follow your transactions via sites like blockexplorer. BitBlender mixes your coins and this protects your privacy.  Smiley
