It's fun to bump really old threads with new info. Smiley

We currently have over 9000 bitcoin accepting sites listed at http://spendbitcoins.com. Head over and take a look right now. We know you're itching to spend those coins!

Hello Jeremy,

Great looking website you have that's essential for Bitcoiners. You have a lot of places on there already!

In the process of trying to add one of our businesses, https://e4btc.com, I was unable to complete the registration process and was led to a blank page. I'm using Linux Debian with Chromium, and would like to know if any others had similar experiences.

Anyway, great site! I will be checking it out much more in the future!

Cheers,
Philip

Dear Gentleman,

this is just not fair! Why are you blaming us that we are a scam? We refunded you every little satoshi! And you write stuff like that here in the forum.

We want to make a statement here:

1. You switched your javascript off, so that the programm couldn't work properly on your computer. We had several orders around the same time, so that was not our fault. And we processed all of the orders without any problems.

2. You contacted our support at 10pm (our office is closing at 6pm) and we wanted to help you, so we kept on writing with you until late, AGAIN only to offer you a good service. (Of course our programmer was not around at that time so that we could answer everything. We appologized for that many times)

3. You told us, that it is shipping free. We tried to order your product in any way possible and the result was 7.99€ shipping and 1.5€ insurance. We can do screen shots of the fact. What do you want us to do, just give you the 7.99€ as a present? What would you do if you were us?

That really sucks, we worked really hard the last half year to make all our costumers happy, we invested so much time and passion and now people like you try to ruin it.

After Bitspend suspended its activities and Bitsumo has problems with EU orders, i tried all4btc on Wednesday.

First of all you cant use the site with NoScript, when i disabled it completely, my order yielded the following result:

I informed the guys they should have a look at their code.
When looking back i should have ordered it 5 times and await my delivery since they dont have any ToS.

Thursday morning the error was solved and i placed my order.
Never received an email or any kind of confirmation.

Yesterday around 5pm CET they contacted me demanding another 10€ for shipping, even though the product is clearly labeled as free shipping.

Following that i asked for a refund, which im waiting for until now.

Summarized: Scam with a poorly coded site and unprofessional support!!!

How do you know there revenues? Not calling you out or anything, but are there charts
you look at somewhere about the industry reviewing revenue per month about Bitcoins?

You are right that Bitcoiners love to spend their btc on the net. There is an exciting factor behind it.

There are thousands of websites. You'll have to consult a directory Grin

Here's one site that accepts bitcoins: Amagi Metals

They made $50,000 in bitcoin sales in March after beginning to accept BTC, with very little advertising. In one day in April they made $220,000 in bitcoin sales. The BTC community LOVES to spend their bitcoins on stuff on the internet - despite what the butthurt occupy wall st. bears will tell you "Lol the problem with bitcoin is that no one actually uses it to buy stuff, everyone just hoards it like greedy 1% speculators." I say BULLSHIT! Look around you Grin

Is there such a directory?

Thanks for the link.

And agreed, the whole idea of hating the 1% for being the one percent is stupid. Especially with imaginary money.
I can see writing articles and stuff to PERSUADE the 1% to change, or talking to them and boycotting them if they are assholes or asking for their help in the cause.
But simply shit talking them for being them is like the WORST way to go.
