They will just postpone it every time. It's really not good. I tried to keep track of what's happening but now loosing all hope for it to become legal.
The hope for an overview of the hardline approach lives on, however, as last week a anonymous source's report in the government suggested that cryptocurrencies might be viewed as commodities in the future, and hence become regulated by relevant authorities rather than remain mostly banned. Just be positive and hope that they understand this world.
Yeah, let's see the future..
As of now, the RBI Cryptocurrency Case Again Adjourned By Supreme Court
It was expected and it was no shock that the RBI Cryptocurrency case has again been adjourned.
The Supreme court of India adjourned the RBI Vs Cryptocurrency case till tomorrow due to hearings of previous case. Although the case is adjourned till tomorrow, it is highly unlikely that the RBI Crypto case would be heard tomorrow due to other matters that are lined up for arguments before the crypto matter.
The RBI Cryptocurrency case was listed as the item no. 17 in the court no.9 of Supreme Court of India.
To mention again, the Supreme Court is not delaying only RBI Cryptocurrency case but also all other cases as well due to lengthy hearings of previous cases. So, only RBI Vs Cryptocurrency case is not getting adjorned, every case that reaches Supreme Court is important and thus, the hearings takes time.

Can anyone explain why the judgement of cryptocurrency ban in India it is going to delay day by day because of I am waiting since April but still did not get any judgement from High Court, and anyone can explain what will be the High Court final judgement will be fair of Bitcoin or not if India government ban Bitcoin what will be the next step for Indian Crypto traders.

In india, nothing is going to happen.. Hence, we are left with only 1 option, it's time to get a New Citizenship / Dual Citizenship.. haha..

Wait is the only thing we Indians can do as of now, wait for 25th September 2018 for the next hearing and then wait for the next.. repeat it till we get the final result..
