I believe so much that the price of ethereum will rise again though it might take a while because a lot of persons are confused due to the current challenges it's Blockchain is facing, though the team behind ethereum said they are working on something big that might be able to solve the problem of scalability of the Blockchain, so let's hope for the best and then possibly we would see a moon in price of ethereum, event is one thing that cause a spike in the price of a coin, people are just waiting for the right signal.

Ethereum will definitely rise again, Ethereum is an altcoins and I don’t expect it to perform along with bitcoin, it has its own way of operating even though they perform similar functions. I believe when the time comes which is usually the altcoins season, ethereum will definitely rise up.

Bitcoin is the one dominating the general market now, and I think it is only bitcoin that is responding to the bull market now. Let’s just be patient and not be too conclusive that they are not going to rise, we all know how good ethereum project is and how hard working their team also are, people are just currently taking advantage of the uptrend of BTC to make profit, that is why all attention Is not on alts now.

Bitcoin is pumping while the altcoins are not. This is probably because people are selling alts over btc.
This is quite expected. If anybody wanna buy altcoins like ether then now would be the best time to buy.
The price of altcoins is dumping in btc but it will eventually increase in terms of $dollars since bitcoin is pumping in price.

That could be a reason. The price just do not go up when people sell ETH rather than buying ETH. On the other hand, Bitcoin is being is huge demand and speculations in Bitcoin is at all time high right now due to the rise in the market value. But coming back to ETH, it will cross $200 soon for it made its way from $70 to more than $170 this time.

From what I see, it is rising gradually, and mind you, you don't just look at present value, also look at the use case which at any day, anytime the value will rise also it is one of the most used altcoin. Growth of bitcoin is ramping up at the same time some forked coins like BCH, Bitcoin SV and some more coins growing with the high percentage at the same time ETH is increasing few dollars when other coins are moving in that much fast.

Not sure about that, eth is a strong project. Even Samsung made a statement of possible partnership with eth network for creating their stablecoin samsung coin. Actually Ive been feeling bullish about eth and still believe that they can caught up with btc pacing. Just needed some engagement on their part and some visible progress.

like many other altcoins like it, ethereum will also get dumped as it has been over the past week and continue losing its value because every investor is currently cashing out of all the altcoins and putting their money where it truly belongs which is the bitcoin market since nobody wants to miss out on the big bitcoin price rise and also because everyone knows that during bitcoin bull runs all the altcoins get dumped hard like this.

but eventually they will end up pumping ETH because it is a centralized pump and dump coin and the owners are not yet ready to give up on it and still want to make their millions out of each pump.

additionally there is another problem with ETH and that is ICOs. they are dead now and the alternative ways like IEO is also dying since there was no difference between them and they also turned out to be shitcoins and scams. with Binance hack there is also more problems that ETH is facing since it was relying on the new IEO scheme to get them pumped a little but it failed.

I am also surprised at the very weak growth in the ethereum price compared to bitcoin. Today, the price of Bitcoin has grown to almost $ 6,300 (according to CoinMarketCap it is $ 6,296), and the price of ethereum has increased only by one dollar, to $ 171. I have repeatedly seen that the ethereum price sometimes lags slightly behind the bitcoin price movements. Can we just adopt to this kind of behavior of the market? it's not like that all the time that when bitcoin goes up, eth and others shall rise too. And if you are in doubt of buying it, then cancel it. You don't have to wait for others decision to dictate what you are about to do. Ethereum and most cryptocurrency will have their own time later, when Bitcoin price stop moving. But, If Bitcoin raised too high it will also bad for major altcoin as they will be decreased in price because investors will try to sell their altcoins to be able to ride Bitcoin. it's still too early to comment on ethereum bro. try to look in more detail, not only ethereum but all altcoins also don't move. I think this is normal, because when bitcoin goes up altcoin will be red. but after that all crypto coins will be green so wait and see what will happen in the market a few days later.

I think buying Ethereum today is the best because the price is much lower compared to the future. Ethereum's price is not that stagnant and that doesn't mean it won't rise again the next time. If you miss this opportunity to buy Ethereum you will surely regret. Much better to buy early than late. Ethereum will always be Bitcoin's closest Altcoin partner so if ever Bitcoin goes up then Ethereum will follow it's path.

Actually what's happening to Ethereum is not a new thing. If you notice it's affecting almost all altcoins too. I believe this is BITCOIN SEASON, so we should focus mainly on btc and not altcoins.

The reason might be people were converting their ethereum to buy bitcoins so still the prices didn't increase like bitcoin but it doesn't means ethereum won't rise.If you have enough patience to wait for the bullish trend of ethereum to come then you also can make profits so don't hesitate to invest just buy when the prices are low.

they had been testing it for sometime now, so it is not an update unless they have announced a specific date for the POS implementation. I can sense that you are not alone with this kind of feeling towards Ethereum. There seems to be lack of interest, enthusiasm, excitement and meaningful activities in the Ethereum eco-sphere. Maybe because there are now new big ICO projects that uses Eth? Or maybe because the devs are not churning out new exciting news about the cryptocurrency? I still believe that Ethereum has one of the best potential of all the coins we already have and this is considered to be the next big thing to Bitcoin and is the heir apparent, as they say. No, not gonna happen ethereum will not die in this bear market despite of the problems on the Constantinople system upgrade. They are still developing their platform and that is a good thing for Ethereum bag holders. All projects faced the same thing when they have some problems in their platform just like Binance coin which dropped so much because of the hacking incident.
