🖤😏
It will come down before halving and even goes under more after halving, unless diff decreases.
This is mostly done for other coins to be profitable to mine, really depends on 4 or 5 people the ones controlling the world economy.

No hype, no rise.

People will think as it won't go up further so they will dump as there is no tomorrow and collect their profits since the last summer.

Then another weak pump will follow.

Hi
what do you think what will happen to bitcoin value after blcok halving?
We know block halving is to half the rewards from 25 btc to 12.5 btc  so the price should be rise?
if increasing happens after block halving instead of our supply is less we will see more supply and the price will forcely decrease from 500 or 600 back to 400 value or below..
What do you think guys what will happen..

In this time, Bitcoin price is going up, after some days halving is coming so people are buying the bitcoins so the price is going up and when the day of halving come, than people will selling their bitcoins, when a lot of people will do it. than automatically the price of bitcoin will come down, so after halving we should ready to face the reality that the bitcoin's price is down.
but it is also good, mostly investors will be buying the bitcoin in that time in less price and than they save it and when the price will increased, the day will come to sell it now. so it is a system and it will continue as it is.

the price will get dumped down very hard. that's what will happen after the block halving. people have been hyping up the block halving to a point where it can only make people disappointed with their fantasy predictions.

The price may soar high for few days after halving but it won't be long it will gradually go down while the transition is going on. We may all be using better coin later.
ETH is going to be a major coin later, it will be widely use.

$400 - $600 trading range through the end of 2016.
I agree. $500-600 is the top range for this year, and then we should see a correction. I wouldn't exclude sub $400 though.

sub $400 or even $450 is never going to happen and never going to hold. many have tried from the beginning of this year with different strategies to push it down and keep it there but all have failed miserably to do so.

There's so many threads about this

bottom line is no one knows exactly, but most people believe the price will increase one way or another.

less supply, same or higher demand, should lead to higher prices.

there's also a lot of idiots who think the halving is priced in, but how can you price in decreased supply?

Same demand won't lead to higher price.  If anything it will be bad because the supply will keep increasing while the number buyers stay the same as before.
The price can only increase with higher demand.

probably the price will likely to be double of what it is now, as new bottom not as a new peka which imo would be well above 1k, but it's not guaranteed

I don't think halving will show us all time high, but comparatively the price would be better and we might see higher price in next year.

I think what will happen will be similar to what happened during and after the last halving. The price will start rising significantly not until a few weeks or so after the actual halving event. Then it will really ramp up with people panic FOMO buying. I think it will be on a bigger scale since going from 25 to 12.5 will have a bigger impact.

Sure there will be some major sell offs here and there along the way, but that will just be weak hands getting shaken out while the strong hands will use the opportunity to pad their hodlings, especially those already looking ahead to the 2021 halving.

I think not much will happen as halving is pretty much priced in with the current state of development. Therefore, I would rather expect a correction, mainly because some may be disappointed with not having a halving pump.

I'm thinking large bubble but not only due to halving, also other social and economic factors too. The world shows increasing stress originating from globalist / centralist ideals and a huge push to a global world order. Manifestations of this are failing economies, debt enslavement of entire nations, capital controls and strangely rising stock markets. But when the stress gets too much, markets may fail, people may seek refuge from capital controls. Bitcoin is great due to its scarcity, it holds value and it will be more scarce after the halving just when demand as safe haven may escalate. So anyway, due to these sorts of intuitions I hold bitcoin and expect big things

im pretty sure that the price will start going up at a very rapid pace in my opinion thus allowing me to make a lot of money by just holding my bitcoins and not doing anything with it

hopefully this will allow me to make some good investments in the future also i think that we might reach a new all time high that will be more than 1.2 thousand dollars per bitcoin

I think that nothing will happen, the halving phenomenon will affect the price after the halving (maybe few months). For miner the halving will be a big issue if the price will not be doubled.

Just be aware, that because of the reward rates for bitcoin is shrunk down doesnt mean its a increase in price.

The price only happens if people are convinced enough to see the lack of circulation needing more bitcoin will input more buy orders on a exchanges.

Which then translated to a needed demand.

I think the same as last time. Nothing much will happen until a month or two after the halving, then the price will start to go up. Eventually it will spike to thousands of dollars, but it's not going to happen on the day of the halving.
