I think that Tether's price will remain at the same level. It is very convenient to consider it as if in dollars. I hope that the vulnerability will soon find and release an update with a patch. The news says that the hacker track has been running since 2015, and the same wallet is used when hacking the Huobi exchange.

Media chaos, you do not believe.
In fact, only stolen $ 30 million, nothing more.
that "," in OP is the decimal point like "." that you use. the amount stolen was $30.95 million!

You know, in the bitcoin world, $ 30 million will not be set off big fluctuations, it is just the use of people's panic it. I think these media really have a great responsibility, only know that scribbled articles.

it has nothing to do with bitcoin. that $30 million was tether tokens that were stolen not bitcoin. and tether may be dumped on the market of tether/fiat and crash its price.

BUT so far it has not happened and USDT is still worth $1 and from what i have read they said you should reject any payment from the specified address that belongs to the hacker containing all those 30.95 million USDT

Recently the news about the hacker attack to Tether Treasury wallet appeared. They say over  $30,95 million of USTD were stolen.

What will be with the price of this alt now? It was always more than stable.
Some people are thinking about the tether just another manipulation project or alts. Those saying the fact that the tether can be issued the more supply anytime as they want.
They are concerning about that and it seems to be a big problem in this time. Dev can generate more money everytime. That doesn't affected the price.

It hasn't seemed to affect the price too much. I feel like the larger controversy surrounding them is their auditing to prove that they actually are liquid and have the funds to back each USDT. Their auditing process has been less than transparent.
