No problem. At minimum, you should be able to get market value of bitcoin... I would think, anyway. It may even have additional value on top of that, given that it's a unique/limited quantity, physical bitcoin that is no longer produced

They go for more on eBay than here. It's hard to guess a price with the bitcoin price moving so rapidly. Reality might be on the back burner.

If I were you I'd do myself a favour and refuse paypal at the very least.

I think we can wait a little more now. The recent market there is a strong financial support, may not fall, feeling will continue to push high bit currency prices. There are too many people outside to enter now, but now the price is rising too much, and many people are hesitating.

I had no idea what you were even referring to until I googled it just now. Based on what I've gathered from the wiki (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Casascius_physical_bitcoins), "Casascius" coins are legitimate, physical bitcoins that were produced and sold years ago, up until 2013, with the lowest denomination being 1 BTC. Supposedly, each coin has a private key embedded inside, which can be used to redeem the BTC value back to digital BTC...

If the smallest denomination coin ever made was 1 BTC and assuming that the private key hasn't been redeemed to convert it back to digital BTC, then I'm pretty sure it's safe to assume that the minimum value of a Casascius is the current market value for 1 BTC (~$12,092 USD, for a 1 BTC face-value Casascius). Am I wrong?

I only asked the question above because some messages I recived in ebay said my coin sale is artefact and could be worth 2 or 3 times its face value ?
It all seems unlikely and far fetch to me but perhaps somebody here knows better ?

Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
