I want to ask a crypto casino owner about the security of the platform. Because casinos mean financial transactions. Inquire about the encryption methods used to protect user data and financial transactions. Understanding the security measures in place can give you peace of mind when playing on the platform. I also want to ask them about the customer support options available on the platform. A reliable crypto casino should offer multiple avenues for support, such as live chat, email, or phone support. Knowing that help is readily available can make your gaming experience more enjoyable. Understanding the deposit and withdrawal process is vital when choosing a cryptocasino.
Needless say that this are interesting questions, but unfortunately, I don't think this ask me anything session is still live, looking at the date which this was help, I bet it's all over and that the casino owner who was in the position to answer this questions must have moved on with their business.

But all the same, knowing how this things work; I don't think is really important even though agree with you that knowing this things gives one a more comfortable and carefree gambling experience with the casino, but why I do not consider knowing all this as relevant is because, different casino have different mode of operation, they have different configurations and how they store users data, they have their different ways they attend to their customers and so on and on., so, even if we know all this imformation as you asked; for one casino, how do you know it for another casino, or are you just Goin to stick with just that one casino for the rest of your gambling life?

If i may want to throw in my question, it goes this way, which type of category of a gambling platform are you going to introduced or have already established, do you require for kyc or not and will your users experience difficulties in making withdrawals after their first deposits or not, e need a clarified answers to that, as this is almost part of major concerns on gamblers when making use of a gambling platform, also do you have any promo offer to give your new users or any form of bonus to appreciate their coming.
Bonus is default.
When it comes to KYC then it would be something just like on common platforms nowadays on complying on what their licenses been put up.
On the time that these new casinos would really be having that withdrawal problem then this is something that do pertains about those scammy ones. Sooner or later they would really be showing off their
true colors and this is something that you would be able to notice it out on the time that you would be playing into them directly.
Questions such as this should really that understandable specially on the marketing part and just like the rest been saying above that it is really that it is default in any business.

Thanks to everyone who asked questions and waited for it.

Stay tuned, we'll have more interviews ahead.

[Hi everyone!

I have arranged an interview with the owner of a crypto casino (I will not disclose the brand name yet).

I think the interview will be more interesting if I add questions that other gamblers are interested in to my questions.

So, if you would like to ask anything, drop your questions here.

The interview will be posted here, so you won't miss answers to your questions.]

There are quite a few questions to ask a casino owner. I'd perhaps be most curious about the sort of threats that crypto casinos face and how those threats are dealt with? They must be under siege, even more so than regular casinos because thieves could potentially get away with money without needing bank accounts. I assume they have to think through and pay large amounts for everything, including DDOS attack extortion, security penetration testing, people trying to abuse bonuses by using multiple accounts, even to physical security and protection. Also, how stringently do you enforce KYC and at what point does it become a legal requirement for the jurisdiction you're in, as I know people can have differing views on that

I really enjoyed the Q&A section of the cryptocasino owner. And if my question will be there to answer then I have a question if only another user has not asked it. And the question is What is Your Targeted Audience of the Casino?. I am asking this question because many casinos that have been launched in the industry have not specifically and clearly stated that their targeted audience are for women, men, and under age is also included or for general. We are waiting for the new brand that is about to be launched.
This type of question isnt really something that needs up to be answered out specifically because if we do make just use of our own common sense then it would really be just that normal that the target audience would really be everyone
on which those people who do able to see those advertisements or marketing that they have done. They might be focusing into a particular medium or place but their target would really be everyone including those underage.
Yes, it is really that included because if we do speak about those probabilities then it could really happen because when it comes to marketing then there would really be those chances that those minors would really be able to see it out.

This is why we can really say that this is something to be that a very basic thing on which you would really be able to see those young age to gamble out without being detected or known.
So in regarding into this question would really be just that requiring that kind of common sense and doesnt really need up to be asked out because it would really be just be answered
with simply trying out to look around on whose the main target of this one or simply having no exemptions as long people would really be wary about their existence.

The truth of the matter is that, of casinos owner's become so known it will pose a security risk on them and how they handle themselves, because running a casino as a business is risk involved and there are so many negative impact of that on there security business safety and the tendency to get run over easily by competitors, so if care is not taken the business will close down if they reveal they identity.
Also if the CEOs are known, it will result into physical assault on them by aggrieved losers and addicts who may thinks and believe that the CEO is the brain behind they predicaments.
Even if they aren't attacked by addicts or victims of huge losses, they would still have a threat of getting attacked by robbers and people who know they run a gambling business and they would have a lot of money. Anyone, running any sort of business living in any part of the world needs to make sure they have security at all times, especially when they are away from the premises of their business or home which also must be completely secure to keep them safe from attacks.

Some people think it's easy to live a life where you have a lot of money but it's not that easy. An average person is free to do whatever they want, wherever they go without any fear or anything, but a rich can't do that, they can't go anywhere alone, visit a restaurant with only friends and no security or anything because they are always afraid.

"This conversation about the future of crypto payments is fascinating!  I've been hearing a lot about it lately, but  it's still a bit of a wild west for me. The idea of using crypto for everyday purchases seems like it could be a game-changer, but  I'm wondering if things are really ready for mainstream adoption yet.
Crypto is being accepted already in some part of the world and in some businesses and
others are even have their government agencies accepting crypto so this is already happening
though in limited area only.
game changer? it is already changing the world now and I believe that if we are going
to make this happen in our community then growth will follow .
its just that we need to take part of this.

Maybe because of how most of the casinos owners are unapproachable, gamblers also don't mind having any form of conversation to them, instead some leave all on the reviews and feedbacks on their site, but it will be a good thing to know the intention of any existing or newly launched crypto casinos how they plan to remain ever committed to be reliable on gambling and providing of new and up to date games for their end users, the other aspects of questions they will like to ask is concerning the way they handles gamblers challenges with the use of their platform and this has to do with customers service.

           -   A casino owner has only one aim, and that is to collect income. And how will that happen? Of course, there must be gamblers who will play on their platform and make money from the games they choose to play. Because if no one brings money into their casino, their casino business is useless.

Maybe my question will be, if ever the house edge of a casino really controls every play of a gambler? And is it also true that they only choose what they want to win? And when a casino sees that a gambler's winnings are about to be released, will they hold it because the player's winnings are too big because their funds are not enough, so they will just make an alibi?
Alibi for what?

Regardless, these questions of yours can be answered by anyone just as they come to their heads, and they are such that any casino owners will answer in such ways that will always favour them. It will never reflect the reality of what they would do in such situations. Let me vary them for you. For the first part, the house will always have the edge in their casinos, and the reason is that they established it for the sole purpose of money making, so the games you are playing there must have been wired in their favour and winning pegged at a certain percentage of choice. From what I heard, it could be 15% or 25% winning or more for their customers which makes the customers rely solely on luck and can't beat the house for any reason.

This is made possible with the algorithm of the games, and it depends on the casino to leave it at default or even wickedly adjust it to be tougher for players. As for choosing what they want you to win, that's possible since we have many of them doing many ignoble things unquestioned. But for the probably fair casinos, I think there is a limit to what they can manipulate.

What annoys me the most is the withholding of the winning of gamblers. After all the losses, trauma and stress, the gambler now wins but the casinos could refuse to pay the winning. This is very bad and it is common to those illiquid ones among them. Casino owners would tell you that such would never happen in their casinos but I tell you that some people are victims of such, so asking is not even necessary. It is nevertheless good for us to go for the well-liquid casinos that are trusted too, perhaps such will not happen to us.

It is a very good interview, but of course it did not go into anything that is very specific, things when treated in another way can give more precise results, for example are these Answers based on which casinos? or what casino in particular? It would be good to have some Data because everything is very ambiguous, it is clear and relevant information, that is not denied but basically things can happen very well if we see it from the point of view Closest to thinking that things are somewhat more complicated , being the owner of a casino is not anything, I imagine that you must have thousands of things to do, then when it is clearer, or a little more specific it is better, for example if you have the option of making sports bets, or if you have other options such as PVP games,  all that Changes the focus of things, but in general terms there was something that I learned and I am grateful for that.

Why not disclose the brand name of the casino since you will tell us sooner or later and that would be the same in my opinion. If I got to ask to provide a question or asked what will be my question to the owner then my question is, what's the total cost of building a casino? and why did the owner choose the name and not something else?. I know that the casino owner build his own casino is because of earning money and since there are many people who gamble then it's surely a good profit (house edge) and a lose for players or gamblers.
Cost would really be something that be mattering depends on various factors.

1. Design
2. Staff pay
3. Providers
4. Licenses
5. Others miscellaneous

This is why building one is never been that cheap whether offline or online but i do believe that offline is much more expensive considering that you
would really be purchasing up those machines and even renting or building up a venue doesnt really come cheap.
So it would really be understandable that they would really be offering the best games and service that they could to have that revenue and
fasten up the ROI on which this is something understandable.

Interesting interview. I must say that I did not expect the minimum budget to be around a 100 grand. This site is also one of the many crypto gambling sites these days that will require KYC at some point or another.

The whole Brazilian local currency to stablecoin transfer system is epic and it would be awesome if they implemented similar stuff in some other countries too.

Well, thank you for doing the interview... it was fun reading it, but I expected a bit more juicy answers on how things work.. but those questions were answered with caution not to reveal too much of the secrets.

It will be nice if you can arrange more interviews with other casino owners and to ask them more about the inner working of the casinos. (Investors/RTP verification/Security cost etc)

Not a bad interview, OP. I see that the owner did not want to disclose a couple things and used the well known phrases like we go by best standards in the industry or something similar, so it's like "I'm not talking about that, fuck off" type of answer, but fine, he wants to be a bit shady, his choice Wink Other than that, I liked it and the amount of money needed to start the business was pretty much what I expected.

Thanks for doing this op  Grin

I kind of wanted him to expand his answers more particularly on responsible gambling and scammers questions but perhaps the CEO was worried abusers could take advantage of such information. Nevertheless, this was a good read!

Further, it's nice to hear that they have a no-mandatory KYC on their platform. Would you know if they plan to advertise on bitcointalk at some point? I'm guessing the CEO at least knows bitcointalk because of the interview.

This is a nice interview and I hope that you will manage to interview a casino owner that has an ANN thread here in the forum.

I want to suggest too if possible to add video interviews aside from the key notes to guarantee that the content you provide is genuinely from the casino owner. If you have this video then I hope you will put it on the top part of the text interview.

We have also an AMA thread here in the forum https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5482508 that is hosted by @SirJohnVonSlotty that has a proven working experience on casino operations that is more credible than text interviews without any source that will prove authenticity of the content.

When actually this interview is going to happen? It has been a few days since you've made this thread and any updates regarding the interview if it's already done or you're close to that date? So, no new questions will be added and those are my questions for you. If it's in the text format then that owner probably might just ask his/her secretary to fill up all of those in text as they dictate the answer. So, as most of the questions are identical, we'll just wait for how this interview is going to be. I think this isn't an interview but most likely a questionnaire and answer filling out by the CEO.

Its clear that OP will update us once the Interview will take place and its been told in the OP

Once the interview is ready, I'll share the link in this thread, so stay tuned.

But indeed since it is just an Letter format Interview then who can assure that the casino
owner is the one who will answer , and how can we be sure that this interview is a legit one .

We all should ask ourselves in the first place if we feel any guilt that our signatures have the potential to breed addicts. If we're wearing them is because, so far, the guilt is not as high as the perceived value of the reward. We can lie on ourselves, like "well, it's their fault; they should control better their emotions; the impact of a single signature is minimal", or whatever.

If you think about it, I think that you can make a good idea about the answer to your question. Western society is built like that, and it doesn't matter if it is a casino, a tavern, a tobacco company or a food chain supplier that advertises potentially carcinogenic ultra processed food, even if they know the risks of misuse.

The second question is also interesting. Knowing that you're doing no good, countermeasures in order to reduce potentially negative impact reveals important information about the "soul" of these businesses, investors, managers or even "signaturers".
You mean the gambling signatures that we carry? I think that's not our problem anymore and it's also not the problem of that gambling site. What do we expect here? They are a casino, so for sure there will always be people who will be addicted on playing the games inside it. It is their problem anymore. The one that can cause guilt to the promoters here is if they will promote a scam site.

Some gambling site still cares about their consumer and this is why they have warnings like gamble responsibly and they offer self-exclusion service to those gamblers who are willing to do so. Other business does this as well, like for example on a tobacco box, there is a warning that smoking kills and it's followed by a graphic content.

How they handle user that consistently in profit with pure luck? I mean user that keeps winning without using any strategy like arbitrage betting and other form of sure bet strategy to have an advantage to a casino.
I can answer that for you instead of the casino owner, they limit the accounts of such players without letting them know so that they aren't able to bet large amounts anymore until they become unlucky.  Grin

If it's an old and running casino and if he is okay with disclosing this information, I would ask him how much it cost to start the business including everything, and how much time did it take for him to get ROI from the business. And, how he managed marketing and stuff to get the business started and attract gamblers and how much time it took until new players started coming in without spending much money on marketing.

Because I believe that any casino owner is unable to provide details about the problem in his field of specialization, I will assume that I should ask him about the casino he runs:
1. What digital currencies are available in your casino?
2. Does Token-Casino provide a safe and reliable payment system?
3. Are there limits to the amounts I can earn or withdraw?
4. Do you offer rewards and promotions to customers?
5. Can I play anonymously on your platform?
6. What security and protection measures do you follow to protect my personal and financial data?
7. Are the games checked and guaranteed to be fair?
8. Is customer service provided everytime?
9. Are you licensed and regulated by a regulatory entity?

I think this is the most important information that can be used from a profile like this in a press interview

Are you for real? All this information can usually be found on site and in ToS. This is an interview, so people would like to know how the casino works from the inside, get to know things that are not available to the public at first glance. You have a chance to talk with a game designer and you ask him "how many races will there be in the game, what engine will you use, what are the tech requirements..." Just google it if that's the best you can do with the questions.

I was more realistic when choosing questions than you and perhaps more than the rest of them combined. If there is information that is not available on the site and therefore not available to the public, then there is no point in asking about it because he will either not answer it or will provide general answers without providing precise details. I really doubt that he will be able to answer my questions if he is not really familiar with all the details of development and launch, because that data is accurate and is available for the public to see.

Just because there are questions running through my mind about the internal cuisine of the world of the gambling industry, this does not mean that I should ask them to a casino owner to find answers to them, because I really doubt that he will respond.

Honestly I only want to know if their workers or attendants sign some agreement before taking the job, because someone I know was sacked because he warned a friend about gambling in the casino, someone leaked this to the manager and they sacked him, I don't have any other questions to ask casinos owner, because they always won't tell you the real fact about running a casino, they will fear that you will reveal somethings to the world about casinos.

I have already came up with my own answers to everything regarding casinos, every games are in favour to the casino than the gamblers, at the end of the day the casino will make more money than any gamblers, the type of casinos that fail are the ones with bad team's with no good experience, casinos can fail if they don't know how to attract new customers.

There is nothing left for me to know about casinos, and I won't let anyone tell me otherwise, it's safer and more profitable to run a casino business instead of becoming a gambler, that's why we as a gambler only have a choice to stay in the game and become a winner, that's by using few dollars on every bets and taking less time with gambling.

I've included the vast majority of your questions in the interview. Hope it will turn out well. Can't guarantee all of them will be answered but will see.

Bummer, I was one day late. Would love to contribute as well since I really enjoyed SirJohnVon's recent AMA thread.

BTW, you may wanna add an update on the first post that submission of questions has ended or just lock the thread since I'm pretty sure a good number of members won't bother reading updates on the recent page/s.

The same goes for the interview update once it's out. Either create a separate thread for it or edit the first post to add it on there otherwise, it could get buried into oblivion. IMO tho, creating a separate thread is better cause less hassle, more organized.

I have arranged an interview with the owner of a crypto casino (I will not disclose the brand name yet).

In theory, casinos will not go bankrupt... based on the game mechanics, because they take a fixed house edge and the rest is distributed back to the players.

The casinos that goes bankrupt, will be in that position, because the operational expenses are more than the income. (Payroll / Marketing / hosting expenses etc.)
If the casino is smart and they're actively doing measures to prevent a lot of players winning then they're unlikely to be bankrupt and the money that's involved in a casino is just too much that they don't like the idea of giving it away freely to people for winning, that's why they subtly rig some of their games and remove card counters even though it's legal because those are some of the factors that bleeds them money the most, playing fair is a bad thing for them so they cheat a little. If I were to to ask a crypto casino owner, I'd probably just ask that person how they are? The way that they'd answer would give away their personality and how stressful it is to own a casino.

I have a question about online casinos, is the flow of money in and money out controlled manually or is it done by bots? and what if the flow of money in is much smaller than the money out? Will casinos still really take the risk of paying out?
and what will they do if cash has run out?
This is a big question for me personally, if a casino works in a real and honest way, of course sometimes they have to experience losses too

This could be a nice conversation for players.

I think I would like to know if there is percentage of winning rate for players per day between the casino. Because most gamblers believe that the casino has an edge over the gambler so getting such question across will also make the owner understand that players are already feeling biase with their winning chances. Funny thing is this is a casino site secret so don't think any casino site owner will tell you if they know this. casino sites run their business to make huge profits so they won't tell you their strategy in any way. But it can be asked for fun purposes. but my question is why would a casino site owner contact you and spend her valuable time with you. If I get a chance I will ask him the exact same question as you

It is nice that you ask the community on what questions they would like to ask the owner of the gambling site but if I am going to be selected. I want to ask them

"What is the minimum budget to open up a gambling site and from that minimum budget how much is the average profit from that?"

I am just curious how much is the minimum budget to open up a gambling site and it's potential profit  Cheesy

So, I would like to know what actions he took to guarantee the integrity and fairness of his games ?
Perhaps he can establish himself as a respectable and trustworthy casino if he can satisfactorily respond to this simple question.
Being just and open is really vital to me because that's how we'll know whether the casino he's been operating is real and we won't fall for their alluring web offers.

I also want to know if it stresses him out in any way if some of the consumers decide for themselves and don't follow the policies they have been putting in place.

I think we are begging to be overbearing in all of this because at some point,  asking a casino how they generate their revenue is quite an insane thing to do at some point,  I can still welcome question that borders around another aspect of gambling aside from revenue because we know how expensive it is to operate a casino and at that, any team that wants to start up a casino will definitely be ready to deal with the aspect of funding.

We have more important things to ask like how best the casino could improve on their services to better serve their clients in the best and most competitive way they could if we live in a highly competitive gambling market,  online casinos have really improved and grown a lot lately and at that we need a lot of room for improvement to meet up with the current demands,  so the main question is how they intend to handle that competition in the market.

Thank you, everyone, for leaving the questions. Most left really interesting ones, and I am really grateful.

I've included the vast majority of your questions in the interview. Hope it will turn out well. Can't guarantee all of them will be answered but will see.

Once the interview is ready, I'll share the link in this thread, so stay tuned.

P.S. The interview will be in the text format.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
Since I mostly invest in casino bankrolls, my questions to the owner would be

-Whether they are going to open the casino bankroll to be invested in future if they have not already?
-If no, What are the reasons for them not opening such investments?

I will make a guess that the casino in question is wolf.bet and I will be watching the thread for the full interview.

I have few questions, that I always wanted to ask casino owners. But sadly I never got any chance to ask any one of them. My questions are specifically for crypto casino owners.
How do you guys at first gathered courage to launch casinos with cryptocurrencies? As earlier time cryptos were not so popular? How did you guys managed to find professional game developers? Did you guys posted it in linkedin or went to professional physical casino game developers with the idea? At last, as we have heard that “The House always wins.” Is this true? Are you guys always in profits?

Hi everyone!

I have arranged an interview with the owner of a crypto casino (I will not disclose the brand name yet).

I think the interview will be more interesting if I add questions that other gamblers are interested in to my questions.

So, if you would like to ask anything, drop your questions here.

The interview will be posted here, so you won't miss answers to your questions.
I have a couple if you'd bother including mine in your interview. Also, is this for the academe or are you going to post this on a platform for content? If you would do the latter I'd highly suggest you get back to us with the content itself after you've conducted the interview. Would be really awesome to see how it goes for you and the casino owner you'll be having on your panel.

Anyways, here are the questions I have:

  • How do they take part/charge in ensuring that their gamblers/casino enjoyers are protected from gambling addiction? I ask this question not to put the blame on casinos for inducing gambling addiction amongst their players (even though let's be real here, gambling addiction wouldn't be a thing if casinos didn't exist in the first place) but to see how they take part in helping the common Joe be safe from this destructive mental affliction.
  • Going technical here, what are their house edge percentage? Does it vary from game to game or is it uniform across the casino? How did they come up with that number? Asking this question enables us to understand the inner workings of a casino including their profit structure, giving us a glimpse of what it really looks like when you're a casino owner

Anyways, that's all of the questions I really have for casino owners. For the most part I'm not the type to inquire everything and would instead research every question I have by myself but I'll take this opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of casino if I could lol.

What I would really like is for that person to think that why not also Promote the casino in other Ways , as more focused on Reality , that is, for the Casino to go to Other Levels , for example , to Reach more the people through the radio, tv , that a Crypto Casino like this is promoted, that it arrives as brochures, on Billboards in high Streets , that or is it Bad , because Everyone will Wonder why they don't Play there? For me that is the most Basic thing , entering through the radio and entering through the t, entering through brochures in Supermarkets where you can see the name of the casino and some other games is what I can say that it will Attract Attention , go to shopping centers, offering a way to play, with a good big Screen , Where you play , where people want to play, because they try it with a small Balance, the idea is that people become familiar with the online casino.

Many people say that they are in the real World and that they have a lot of money , Because they do not trust online casinos, simply because they do not Believe that these sites are Reliable , but there is a detail that really makes a difference and that they can see the thing from the point of view that is, so they will reach and have a new Audience , a new Community and Possibly People who have a lot of money Will look for a way to buy bitcoin just to Play , because that's how it is here , Many do not play due to lack of knowledge, some You don't even want to do it because they say it's a lie, some don't even know how to buy bitcoin, so that's the type of People you Should reach out to, you shouldn't do anything other than take the online casino to the real User , so I would tell them that Why don't you take that option, part of everything I know that the most expressive in social networks and marketing have not done it, sometimes with little advertising you Can Achieve a lot , a new Community and Expanding it does not translate into better Options to go and Spend in a casino ? So that Would be my question.

Here's some questions that could be interesting to other players.

Was this his first casino?
Did other projects fail?
How much revenue were they making, if failed, how much loss.
Did he ever go bankrupt, or was close to going bankrupt?
Did he get investors at first, or was it financed from a bank loan?
What's the most his casino lost to one player?
How much time passed before the casino made ROI?

What fascinates me with casinos is how can they stay liquid and profitable in a sea of crypto casinos vying for the same customers? There's just tons of crypto casinos out there that it's hard to be on the top unless you spend a lot in advertising and promotions. How do they stay on the positive side? Even if casinos are purposely built to always win in the long run, if the space is cutthroat, I guess it will be hard to make some money off it. Like, how do they do it?

Another thing is, why do most casinos hire shitty customer support representatives? I worked in that field, and even I know that one can easily respond to emails within an hour, and I used to handle 3 different live chats plus 1 email support on the side, and I can close out tickets and respond to everyone within 15 minutes. Where do they source their people?

Well, I hope you are being sincere about this and not only using our collective heads for your own good where applicable. Or perhaps, you are launching a new casino or know the person launching it and want to use the survey to be better than others. This is fine by me, but it's only good in the beginning when they are looking for customers, but when their customer base is higher, the pride begins.

Notwithstanding, I don't think I have one particular question for casino owners that I do not know the answer to. I also know what to expect as they will answer; 1) some rightly and plainly, 2) some by dodging it stylishly, 3) and by being diplomatic about it.

Still, if a casino owner could tell me why VPN is being allowed and also causes issues for gamblers in the pretence that they have multiple accounts despite knowing that VPN could cause users to have the same IP, I would appreciate it.

This is a good opportunity to interview an  owner of a casino as we all know that they are too busy to manage but if we have time to interview them then let ask something personal,

*What are your main purpose  why you are creating a casino and how hard it is?
*How much money you invested to create this casino?
* How will you manage issues or mistake of your casino cause we all know that not all transactions and work are smooth so how will you handle an issues or mistakes?
* Is it  pressure to have casino? Cause you need to manage it 24/7.
* What are those technique that you use to build your casino?
* How many workers do you have?

If I were given an opportunity to ask a crypto casino owner, it would be the following questions:

  • Does your gambling casino experience a profit most of the time?
  • How do you determine the house edge on the games?
  • How do you keep your gambling casino from gaining traction for new players? What are your forms of advertisements?
  • What are your thoughts on KYC? Will you also implement it on your casino?

Those are some of the questions that I thought of asking a crypto casino owner as I am curious on how they manage their finances well. Additionally, I am also curious on their view with regard to KYC and on how it affected their businesses given that most people are on the edge of submitting personal IDs for their security and safety.

If I could ask casino owners questions, I would ask these things:

- when was the moment he decided he wanted to create a casino and why

-how he felt when he saw the total money he needed to invest in the casino

-what was the biggest problem and the most difficult problem he had during the creation of the casino and during the operation of the casino

- How do you feel when dealing with governments, that would undoubtedly be my main question. Because many casino owners remain anonymous, they probably remain anonymous due to their fear of regulators, because they could easily be located in the event of a problem if they showed their face. So most people choose to hide their faces and operate the casino anonymously. I wonder if they are happy with it.

So, if you would like to ask anything, drop your questions here.
Ask if they feel any guilt that their business has the potential to breed addicts?

Ask also to know if their casino is making any conscious effort to help people from becoming addicted?

I am not sure that they will want to disclose this out in the public or to anyone, they will probably ask you if you own a casino, it's a very suited question from someone who also has a casino.

The truth is they make most money than the gamblers, a successful casino can fund a whole state or even a country, that's why the government have no issue with casinos, they are paying their due very well.

It's easier for a gambler to have a strong believe that they can get rich, a casino don't need to think about this, because they are the ones giving gamblers the chance, even when they knew perfectly well that the chances that the gamblers will win is very small, it's crystal clear that they will always make the best money out of gamblers.

I think I will like you to ask him, "What can be implemented to prove that the RTP that are shown on the site.. are actually the RTP that are configured?"

A lot of casinos are posting a static RTP for their original games, but players can clearly see that it is constantly altered. The player cannot prove it, because you need to do almost 1 000 000 bets to test the RTP.

How can he casinos be more transparent about the actual RTP that are configured for the games people play?

I would like to ask how's the work like? You know something about the stresses of being a casino owner is probably through the roof and it's really difficult to manage the things that needs to be managed. Ask him also how does he manage to do it without burning out and still giving 100% daily.

I want to also ask how difficult it is to get their own casino license because I feel like it needs to be addressed that in some parts of the world, getting a gambling license is a really difficult gauntlet and what's the tips that he can impart to aspiring casino owners.

I hope that you will post the answers to the chosen questions.

That is a cool idea, I am looking for forward to the interview. Is it going to be a video? Are me maybe able to see the the casino owner in the video, or just hear his voice? I expect many fellow gamblers to be interested. Disclosing the crypto casino name is a bit tricky I would say, one side you want to give the owner a platform to promote his business, but on the other side you don't want to create any issues for his business too. Anonymity in the crypto world is not only important for the gambler, but also for the casino owners. Questions I would like to ask would be:

- How long did it take from the beginning of the planning process of the crypto casino to finally being open for business?
- Was there a long period of struggling in the beginning, where the operating cost where higher than the profit from the casino?
- Long did it take to really become a profitable casino business and how much money of your monthly revenues do you need to set aside for promotions and advertising?

I know he probably won't be able to answer in detail here, but maybe he can give some rough estimates to get a better understanding how difficult it is to open your own casino.

Well, i would like to ask from the casino owner, how much money does he earns on a monthly basis. Though i know that owning a gambling casino is one of the most profitable businesses but still hearing it from the casino owner is something different.

The other question in my mind is that since the casino owner must have made a lot of money, is there in their plan to do some work for the social benefit like investing in health aur education sector to provide assistance to those who can't afford it? This may be one of the best initiative a casino owner can take.

My final question is that how does he cater the on going competition among different gambling sites as there are so many of them and the casino owner need to provide value for money so more and more people are stick to his gambling casino.

Probably the questions in which I would me more interested will have to do with money, like how much money it was needed to start the casino? How long it took the casino to start producing profits? And how much money was lost during that time? As there are some members that have the dream of creating their own casino, but I really think they greatly underestimate the amount of money that is necessary to make their dream come true.

If had the chance to personally interview some owner of a casino, then I would like to ask about diversification.
"Have you ever considered to use some of the profits gotten from gambling to venture in other parallel business, keeping in mind the big amount of competition there is in this ecosystem?"

I would also ask questions on how difficult the beginning for the casino was

"How would you describe the first months of the operation of the casino, how difficult it was for you at the beginning?"

Finally, I am very curious on how important the advertisement is in this kind of industry and how much it impacts the volume of gamblers and visitors to the casino

"Do you dramatically notice the difference before and after when you first opted to openly advertise or use a advertisement campaign for your casino?"

I hope to see some of those questions being asking to that casino owner.  Smiley

What kind of significance would asking gambling companies this question have for the gambling community?

It's like asking the beverage companies or the owners of bars and liquor stores if they feel any guilt because of alcoholics. Why would they? They don't force anyone to drink alcohol. Or like asking fast-food chains if they feel guilty about obesity? They don't force anyone to eat unhealthy food. The same applies to casino owners.

I'm always been baffled by the cost of setting up a casino so I'd like to ask the casino owner what are the overall cost of setting up a complete and working casino and how many months before the ROI or return of investment

2. Do you need prior experience in running an offline or at least a staff or part-time investors
3. How can you keep up the marketing or your overall plan when it comes to marketing
4. Where are you more lenient when it comes to growing your users, offering generous affiliate rewards, or doing branding like signature campaigns

I'm just curious why only a few casinos do signature campaigns are others don't have a budget or allocation for their campaign here?

Maybe you can ask the crypto casino owners the following questions:
  • How much capital did he use to build his crypto casino?
  • How long did it take to prepare for the launch of the crypto casino?
  • How much capital is used for promotion?
  • What is the biggest profit the casino has ever made?

I hope you can share the interview results with us so we can find out.

1.Does he pay his taxes(and I don't expect an honest answer)?
2.Does he have any business partners or he runs the entire business by himself?

And from there, we're going to make our questions based on those questions that you have already created so that there's no waste of time for you and for those who are going to make the same questions upon consolidation of questionnaires from everyone here. Anyway, that's just my two sats and I guess that you'll just do the merge on your own once you're about to interview that ceo. What do they feel when someone losses a lot of money and that guy tries to ask them to refund that money? I know it's not gonna happen to refund but there were incidents like this. And to what extent they're going to give that gambler a potential refund after losing legally with their bets?

Before someone goes for an interview, at least they usually have some materials or content that they learn about the possible questions to expect or something they should learn about, which could come as a text for them during the interview. If you are planning an interview with a casino here, I believe it will be more appropriate to let members know about the casino so that they can access it and find out things it lacks, which prompts a question. If I have not observed anything from time to time, I don't know what I would ask.

Although, if I may, can your casino be able to grant more wins than losses?

by the way, I think I would ask how much it costs to set up such a business and how much you spend to maintain it.
I would also ask an uncomfortable question: what is the most effective mechanism to stop gambling addicts not yet implemented by casino owners?

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
This could spark some intrigue, but I also have some reservations that likely won't get direct responses.  For instance, the inquiry from yahoo62278 regarding mandatory KYC protocols. Are casinos using KYC and AML regulations to their advantage by asking players for excessive personal information to deter them or use it as an excuse to deny payouts?  Proof of source of funds comes to mind. It would be more logical to request such proof when depositing funds. and yet, some casinos ask for it only when withdrawing funds from the platform.

I have hard such privilege of being in a chat group with the CEO of platforms and the most questions that are asked by those who want to use the platform, so for a casino owner our questions will be directed towards the features of the site and how they intend to act differently from what we already have in the market today.

So for that I may decide to ask what his plans are for improving the casino and what his customer welfare is and how he intends to achieve that in the short term.

I'll ask a general question and I'm guessing that everyone is interested in knowing one thing, and that's about how much revenue they make - net.

So, that will be my question for that interview that you'll do with that owner. How much is the estimate revenue they make each year or if specifically each month, for net and gross.

It's okay if that won't be answered but I think it's also part of your questions list.

I have arranged an interview with the owner of a crypto casino (I will not disclose the brand name yet).
If you can specify the brand name then members can ask specific questions. Anyone can ask a general question but I am sure you are posting it to receive questions that are not generalized but specific to the casino.

I second that. If OP isn't full of shit, why not disclose the brand? It's only going to work like a sneak peak and give you free promo for the interview. I'd read/watch that for sure, especially if there was a chance that my questions are asked.

What stuff is important? Probably the basics like how much money do you need to have a chance in this business nowadays? How many people try to scam, what's the percentage of scammers they catch and ban every month? Were they scammed/cheated somehow and what was the amount of money they lost to scammers?

I could make up a lot of interesting questions that would keep someone busy for hours Cheesy

Why are there so many restrictions in crypto casinos, in the spirit of crypto shouldn't all crypto casinos be open to everyone, without any kind of games/bonuses/provider restrictions? Do crypto casinos pay tax? And is it polite to ask how much casino earns and which games bring the highest profits? Those would be the most interesting questions in my opinion. I believe all other answers should be found in the ToS.

Mysterious! Will this particular site provide just casino games or casino games plus sportsbook? What is the house edge on popular games like dice, roulette, blackjack, Baccarat etc? Will withdrawal fee be charged for popular crypto like BTC etc?

These are just a couple of questions off the top of my head op. Looking forward to this mysterious project.

What is actually required for KYC? I know it depends on the license so break it down by license type as to what is required on a kyc check. Are casinos asking for legit info or are they going a step further?

Hi everyone!

I have arranged an interview with the owner of a crypto casino (I will not disclose the brand name yet).

I think the interview will be more interesting if I add questions that other gamblers are interested in to my questions.

So, if you would like to ask anything, drop your questions here.

The interview will be posted here, so you won't miss answers to your questions.

1. How much you do be able to make in monthly basis? Gross and net... (Something personal) but estimates would be good.
2. How you do deal up with those trolls making false accusations?
3. Whats the biggest challenge you do face up with kind of business?
4. Whats the estimate capital on planning on running a gambling business?

I cant think off  with other questions but pretty sure those questions above would be something that will really be that good to ask out.

I would love to ask the casino owners if they can detect addicted players and if they do I would love to follow up with the question on how they handle addicted players.  I also like to know if they have programs designed to help addicted players aside from self-exclusion.  If they have I would like to know their procedures.  I would also like to know if they have countermeasures to prevent players from getting too hooked playing on their platform which can result in gambling addiction.

If I'm to be the interviewer who will be interviewing the owner of this casino, the questions I will love to get answers are the ones written below.

1. How can one spot a scam and legit casino currently in the gambling industry?

2. If one is to get scammed by a casino, what is the best and appropriate measures one can take to get justice for his/her funds?

3. To what degree is our KYC details made during registration made confidential from the public? (i.e Third party organizations)

How they handle user that consistently in profit with pure luck? I mean user that keeps winning without using any strategy like arbitrage betting and other form of sure bet strategy to have an advantage to a casino.

I have an experience before that I become excluded to all casino promotions and loyalty reward just because I keep wining using this feature of them. I’m interested to know if casino tracks all the players that keeps winning and have plans to restrict them in the future once casino don’t get profit to them.

Crypto Casino and Sportsbook
Any casino is a matter of money. For both the owner and the players. This entire gambling industry is driven by the desire to receive (not to give away from the casino) money. Therefore, I would like to ask the following question to the casino owner: what percentage is the net profit after deducting all financial costs, such as supporting the casino, employee salaries, marketing, etc.

It is probably more like myths or something that I always think about when I'm playing at a casino, For sure, a casino is still a business so in the end the owner or the casino still needs to make a profit right if the casino depends on luck at some point if players keep on winning isn't that going to make the casino bankrupt?

Can they easily rig the code of the games in the casino, something like every 10 plays there is one who is going to win something like that always came up in my mind.

How often does it happen that someone is able to be so lucky and continue to win in a casino, can someone actually make a living in a casino and keep on winning?

what are the percentage of the machines or games where the casino wins and the player loses because most of the time the player loses and the casino will take the bet.

That's interesting. If I were in your shoes then I literally ask everything about the journey to the casino owner.
Like how did the idea of creating a crypto casino struck in his mind and then how did he implement it.
What were the struggles he faced during the implementation and then how did he progress over time and the experience throughout the journey.
Do post the interview review here so that we can get to know the journey if not the brand name.

I would assume this is a new casino in crypto. Maybe ask these;
People would like to know whether they are going to last in the business despite the competition. Do they have a 3-5 year plan to run the casino?
How long will he be willing to advertise the casino to stay ahead in the competition?

Probably we can learn how determined the owner is to keep the casino running.

I think I would like to know if there is percentage of winning rate for players per day between the casino.

It's hard to believe you'd ask that. Of course there is.

Because most gamblers believe that the casino has an edge over the gambler so getting such question across will also make the owner understand that players are already feeling biase with their winning chances. Grin

It is not a matter of belief, it is a matter of fact. The house edge is a mathematical percentage which means that the larger the sample size, the closer the actual results are to the expected results (profit for the casino and loss for the player).

I would like to know how they deal with max bets in relation to their bankroll and if there is a lot of variance with big whales getting lucky on specific days.
