At this point, for your budget, your only good choice is to wait for the next batch of Antminer D3 units to go on sale and grab one FAST when they do.
I can't recommend Baikal at this point, they're too far behind the current generation.
iBelink and Innosilicon are out of your price range, and there is some question if iBelink will bother TRYING to bring a second batch to market now that the competition is blowing them out of the water AGAIN.

I would love one that could do multiple algos.
Baikal miner have 2000 Mhs however they demand $4000 but the community is demanding them to reduce the price to $2000 so in case they do it would be a good price with immediate sell out.

I have done some research but now I am reaching out to the experts here to hear what X11 mining hardware you would recommend me looking into?
I prefer something $2K and under, but I am willing to expand to the $3K range for the right equipment.
The biggest problem I run into atm. is availability sadly.
